This stuff doesn’t taste good at all, but it seems to have helped in the areas I wanted to use it for; primarily ED.

Works like a charm

I found that after taking 2 of the tablet form of L-aginine one morning, then taking a scoop of the powder form the following morning, I experienced gastro problems - gas & diarrhea. I saw an immediate lowering of my blood pressure, which was wonderful, but then experienced diarrhea for the whole evening and next day. I would suggest starting out at half dosage, and not take it everyday, until your body adjusts to it. Check your blood pressure often to be sure that it does not dip too low. Start out with a minimum dosage and wait a day or two to see how it affected your body. If all is well, you can increase the number of tablets from 1 to 2 everyday. If after a couple of days all is still well, you can try alternating the tablets with the powder form. Again, wait to see if your body has any negative effects.The powder form tastes pretty bad, but got thru it when added to hot coffee. It was then tolerable. Tablets are better - cut them in half if they are too large for your to swallow.

The amino acids in L-Arginine powder provide my husband with better blood circulation to his heart, brain, and legs. Tastes great too.

I have had arginine powder and used it for a couple of years. This is a different brand and it genuinely tastes terrible. Even in another flavored drink I can still taste it and it’s awful. I have to just hold my breath and slam it down. Works fine.

Taken to replace and make sure NO is available when sexually active... Works ...effective
