Great investment

Great product! I had the serving trays going for about 4hrs. I did notice some burnt marks from the burners on top in the water trays. I also noticed some rust after washing but only air drying. I feel if you dry them with towels no rust would develop. They serve their purpose. I did get a lot of extra screws and bolts not sure why.

They were almost perfect, but the bottom shelf where the burner goes is to close to the bottom of the chafing dish so when they are put into position it puts the flame out. We had to set them on the table to the side of the dish rather than center. Not ideal but it worked.

Very good quality!The only issue is the sternos with wicks don’t work because they are too close to the bottom of the trays, so they snuff out. Get wickless.

Got this for my girlfriend as she loves to throw dinner parties. We used this for a recent holiday party with friends and family and it worked out great. The dividers are nice and preferred in my opinion over the ones with no dividers, food is kept nice and tidy and warm. And the set looks very lavish and expensive in person and not tacky which is great. Overall it was a hit and lot of our friends were asking us where we got it from as they wanted their own set! Would recommend, no real complaints, except that it is heavy, but that means its quality right? :D

Only reason for a 4 star… product looks amazing, easy to set up… but as with all chaffing dishes, no one has come up with a creative way to unpack after each use. The shape causes the pans to “lock” tight in transport. Pulling them apart is quite tricky and challenging. Other than that, these look great and function as intended.
