I'm really happy with this grinder! I am finally able to use my espresso machine and get the proper infusion. I had a different grinder that didn't produce the correct grind quality and I was reluctant to buy another machine because I didn't want to end up with something else that didn't work for espresso. I like how you can take the bur out and clean it. The accordion style silicone puffer is really helpful when cleaning out the spout. I kinda wish the hopper was bigger, but I'm overall pleased with this sleek machine.

Quiet and powerful. It gives very fine and even coffee powder. Easy to use, I was able to put it together without any issues or guidance.

Works great to make anything above espresso, but I did not have good luck making a solid espresso shot with it. Overall it does well to keep the static down and is easy to clean. Only downside was the grind quality for espresso.

I have waited years for a grinder of this caliper to become available for less than $300. All those name brand grinders that promise 'espresso grind' but don't deliver. This one? It delivers. I only use an espresso machine so I cannot comment on if this works for drip or other types of brew. One other reviewer said they use this exact machine in their coffee shop on a professional level. That sold me, and should sell you too.

Great quality and price.

No le doy zero porque la app no me lo permite. I don't give it a zero because the app doesn't allow it. Fue un regalo que compré por adelantado. Al regalarlo el tiempo de devolución había expirado. It was a gift I pre-purchased. When I gave it as a gift, the return period had expired. Se uso una vez y no volvió a funcionar. It was used once and never worked again.

Works great. I like the glass as opposed to plastic reservoir. I have used it for a little over a month now, and I have found it to be very consistent and highly functional, especially for the money.

Very pleased with this Burr Grinder. Works well and much better grinder than my old cusinart. Arrived quickly.

Love this product, looks great, easy to clean. I did have a problem after 6 months and Hazel at Neretva gave me the best customer service I have ever received. She answer my questions within hours, and sent me a new coffee grinder. I would highly recommend this product and Neretva for their customer service. It’s refreshing to see a company stand by their products and not to give you the run around!
