This is a great lions mane supplement that comes in a very easy to use liquid form. Max dosage is 2ml a day so with the 60ml bottle you get at least 30 days worth. It's made with 10:1 extract and at the max dosage you're getting 100mg extract which is equivalent to1,000mg of lions mane mushroom per day or 30,000mg over 30 days. Ie the 30,000mg stated on the packaging refers to the contents of the entire bottle not the daily dosage.I've actually been using less than the max dosage which is easy to do as the dropper has handy dosage measures on it (0.5mg and 1mg) and I've been taking it neat. The taste is actually rather pleasant but being a liquid you could easily mix it with water or any other drink if you prefer. Results have been excellent, I've definitely been feeling more energised and mentally alert whilst using this supplement.Overall this is a fantastic supplement that is super easy and convenient to take and for under a tenner it's good value too. Recommended.

I’ve taken lions mane for a long time as I know it works for me. However, this particular tincture must have a lot of glycerin in it because it seems to be a little too thick to get the correct measurement. It’s a shame but I will need to try another tincture.
