The balloons came as pictured. They was in great condition and the size as described. Used it for a birthday and attached with rubber band would buy again

These guys are absolutely adorable! Let me just say that. Great size and from what I could tell nicely made. BUT unfortunately they would not air up. I bought these for a baby shower. The mama & dad loved them but I was unable to use them properly. It seemed that the stems might have been closed off. 🤷🏼♀️
