Got this for the wife replacing here old A12 It's a really good phone nothing negative to say, looks good and works well and a decent price.

Excellent phone for a good price. Easy to set up. Easy to use for anyone who has had a Samsung before. Thebonly thing I don't like about it is the usb c connector. It is not compatible with my laptop for downloading files and I can't be bothered sending thebto the cloud to download. I also don't know the cost implications of cloud storage. I don't understand why 'available memory' doesn't seem much more than on a phone I had used for 8 years with only 2GB RAM. Very good seller. Dispatched the phone immediately and it arrived the next day. Inside the parcel it was in original Samsung packaging and in perfect condition. I hesitated to buy for a seller previously unknown to me but can highly recommend this seller now.

I'm writing this myself i DO NOT HAVE A PA! Good value for money. Fingers crossed lasts longer than my previous budget phone of 6 months. The protective case-plug and charging cable are good quality (fits the charging port). The colour choice of LIGHT green very on trend. The phone itself is quite large not pocket sized (they seem to be like this nowadays) and of an expected weight. I'm not one for looking back at photos in high definition but the camera is good spec and the photos are very clear. Samsung also provide 6 years of software and security updates which other budget phones do not allow. I only use MY phone for out going calls (never answer incoming), online shopping, social media browsing (only), watching films/videos, listening to music and responding emails (rarely use text). The device has all the basic functionality I need (apps and plenty of storage space). The finger print scanner on the side is also very reassuring in terms of security. The sound quality (loud when at full volume) is good/clear and also pairs using Bluetooth, without any problems to MY Power Locus headphones. The battery life is good (this seems to decrease with the age of the phone) and charges quickly.

As described no issues, easy set up and transfer from my old iphone. Obviously have to get used to how Samsung has a slight different layout and set up etc on screen but all seems fine. Good cameras no complaints at all. Came with a phone case which was a nice little extra ! Overall a nice phone, just used for calls messaging and tiktok doesn't lag so im happy. A definite plus, it comes with a big enough screen I don't have to have the font in bigger print. Recommended for a cheap budget phone that does everythingthe £700+ phones do!!

Good budget phone' ideal for a first smartphone and with Samsung technology you can't go wrong' phone looks good it as nice big screen 6.7inch my advice if you can't afford more buy this i recommend.

The phone is good but I did not receive the additional free items: Samsung UK adapter, SD card & clear case not included. Thank you Amazon for the full refund, as they were unable to supply the missing free gifts. This phone's wi-fi hotspot is compatible with MacBook Air M2 & iPad 10th generation, unlike many other phones.

Das Samsung A166 Galaxy A16 ist ein sehr gutes Smartphone. Die Kamera könnte besser sein. Aber bei diesem günstigen Preis ist das ok !! Die G5 Funktion brauche ich nicht. Aber diese Funktion ist für alle Fälle. Und ich bin für die Zukunft gewappnet. Da ich mittlerweile in Pension, gefällt mir vor allem der große 6,7" Bildschirm.

Je regrette cet achat. Le téléphone fonctionnait bien au début mais au bout de seulement quelques mois il est très lent. Impossible de prendre plusieurs photos à la suite, il faut un long temps d'attente (et ce n'est pas faute d'avoir passé du temps à essayer de régler le problème). Il manque cruellement de RAM (4Go seulement). Par exemple l'autre jour l'application Basic Fit a au besoin d'ouvrir un navigateur pour m'authentifier. Cette ouverture de navigateur a fermé l'application donc impossible de terminer l'opération. Inutilisable.
