It has stayed sharp in the 10 months I have had it, using it almost daily. Cuts with ease I don’t like using really large knives so this wasca perfect size.

Le couteau est tranchant comme un rasoir et de très haute qualité, il coute sans effort, les tomates sont coupé juste avec le poids du couteaux.
