… without the high cost of it’s sibling versions. Love it! Also so much lighter and more portable for travel.

basic function as a pen style mouse works, but after a two close clks some other function that I do not require is initiated. it's not what I want with a double clk. It seems this can't be disabled, so it becomes very annoying.my system is windows 10I use an earlier version of the product on a mini Mac and it does not have this distraction so as I was happy with that I thought the same Wacom would be great for the windows unit. dissapointed really.

It’s smooth and easy to use for me as a beginner

Disapointed. Lots of compatibility problems with my HP Win 11 laptop - kept crashing the OS. Cable port is on the left hand side so it interferes with my keyboard. No hot buttons. loop for the pen requires pen to be inserted upside down. Generally very disapointed. As a result it sits on my desk without being used much, and not a very good surface as a mouse pad either!

The media could not be loaded. Very useful for making annotations and was extremely valuable for my teaching.

Wacom one is basic but so easy to set up and use. It’s ideal for professionals and amateurs alike. Robust and quality build.

It is a good brand and I’m sure a good peace of equipment if you only need to sign with it or hand write, maybe use it as a mouse, but that’s it.The pressure doesn’t make much difference with this old version especially if you’ll be drawing or graphic designing, the delay with both Mac OS and windows will be there no matter what you did. It comes and goes even with the driver provided online.I’d say try if you are okay with it being a pencil! Like proper real pencil size and single effect because that’s what you get no matter what app you use.I ended up returning it and got myself an iPad for peace of mind.

And even after contacting tehnical support they blamed my laptop for not opening. There's no way to contact the company via amazon after purchase so I have no option but to write this review. I had to manually uninstall all programs which, after working for a month or so, simultaneously stopped working, crashing constantly and going into 'not responding' mode. After reinstalling following customer support advice, the exact same thing happens and none of the apps work, freezing, and rendering the product totally useless. I'm going to need to request a refund directly through Amazon, and I think it's super bad customer service that I can't contact the company via Amazon to help with a resolution.
