I love this lotion. It is lightweight but very moisturizing. I love that it has three types of Matrixyl, especially the Morphomics which is hard to find in products. It sinks into my skin without leaving it greasy or sticky. Great price for the ingredients.

This cream caused a burning rash so painful, I had to be seen by Urgent Care. It started on my nose and then spread to my cheeks, which are still on fire three days later. I reached out to Depology customer support to inform them — their response was essentially some copy/paste nonsense that chalked up to saying there was nothing they'd be willing to do since I purchased their product through Amazon. Amazon charged me $7.99 per jar to return the three jars I had purchased. I informed Depology customer support, and they promptly responded with more copy/paste scripting. Please be aware that if you try this cream and experience a painful allergic reaction, Depology does not care about you and will do nothing to help you.

I do like this product. It leaves the skin feeling smooth and hydrated. It is a light cream and once applied it feels like nothing is on. A little does go a long way which is good because it is on the expensive side. 4 stars for price otherwise a good product.

I love this moisturizer I have used it in my routine of products everyday and I have for over a year or so. I am 72 years old and people think I'm much, much younger.

I’ve been a big fan of Matrixyl, Matricyl 3000, and Synth 6 for many years, and have been using serums with these ingredients for at least 6 years. I searched extensively for a serum with Matrixyl Morphomics, which is supposed to be able to help with vertical lines. I was not able to find one, so decided to try the Depology Matriplex cream instead, since it includes Morphomics. When I try a new product, I give it at least three months to see if it actually makes a difference. I’m on my second jar of Depology and the jury is still out as far as making a noticeable difference in vertical lines. I can say that this lotion is thick and feels rich and very moisturizing. On me, it is a little more greasy than I normally wear under makeup, so I switched to only using it at night about a week ago. I do not like the fact that it comes in a jar. If I’m going to spend extra money on peptides, I do not want them exposed to air and light by opening a jar every time I apply the product. So after spending a bit more for this cream than I normally like to spend, I had to spend my time transferring it to a light-safe, air-safe vacuum-pump jar. Because of the packaging, I had to remove one star from my rating. Because of the price I had to remove one star. For me, it is a good hydrator that doesn’t break me out, but since I’m not really seeing even a slight difference in vertical lines, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again. There are many good hydrators available that are much more affordable than this one, and I already get the other forms of Matrixyl in my serums.
