This lotion is Fantastic !!!!!! works so well . I put 2 pumps on each leg an hour or so before going to bed, I have a wonderful peaceful sleep. Will defo be buying more !!!

It's too soon to say for definite whether or not this lotion helps with sleep, and I plan to come back to edit this review in a few weeks. I have very poor disturbed sleep and average around 2 hours a night. I already have a lot of tablets for various ailments so I always like to try remedies that are as natural as possible. This lotion, whether or not it 'works' is fabulous. It has a soft scent, not 100% lavender, so that must be the chamomile. What I particularly like is the absorbency and moisturising effect of the lotion. It feels rich and not at all greasy. It absorbs very quickly. So far I have been massaging it into my feet and knees because I have a lot of rheumatoid damage and pain, and also into my chest to get what benefit I can from the scent. The labelling advises using it for at least 4 weeks to get a good idea of its efficacy. At the time of writing this is on offer at £8.23, which I think is a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a try!

At 180ml, it runs out faster than expected, especially if used regularly. - The scent, while pleasant, might be a bit strong for those sensitive to fragrances. A milder version could be a good option. - It would be nice if the lotion came with a pump dispenser for easier application, as squeezing the tube can be a bit inconvenient.

For me, this definitely works to aid sleep. I rub it into my hands and wrists at night and I soon drop off. I simply gave it a mid-low rating as it makes me sleep so deeply that I have difficulty waking up and getting started in the morning.

Bought on offer so great value, with repeated use it has improved my sleep patterns although that could just be a coincidence no greasy and easily absorbed. Would buy again

Was skeptical at first but there are plenty of studies on the effects of magnesium on sleep. I just didn't want to take tablets as I was taking a lot of supplements at time of purchase so bought this instead. I am bad at using this religiously but, when I do, I notice I go into a deeper sleep. I have very disturbed sleep but I notice that, when I use this, I am able to drift back to sleep even if I'm woken up by my toddler/my own thoughts :) Delighted to see it's safe to use in pregnancy too so I can carry on using it. It's got a nice scent and texture too, isn't too thick and feels light and nourishing on my feet and legs. I usually pop my socks back on to let it really sink in. Would recommend as relatively cheap but effective sleep aid!

Game changer for me. I've always been a terrible sleeper, perimenopause has made it worse. I rub this into my legs as I got to bed and half an hour later I feel I can sleep when previously I was 3 hours to nod off! Think it helps me get back to sleep too - not always, but most times. Does nip a bit if you've a little cut or hack on skin, but i can live with that for the most consistent sleep I've had in years.

I suffer from pain in my lower legs at bedtime which really affects my sleep. This cream, rubbed on my lower legs as I get into bed takes away the pain and allows me to have a good night. I don’t know how it works but it certainly does for me!
