Using my 16-inch convertible laptop has been a great experience. The 360-degree touchscreen makes it easy for me to switch between laptop mode when I’m working and tablet mode when I just want to browse or stream. The FHD display looks sharp and responds smoothly to touch. I really like the backlit keyboard, which helps when I’m working at night. The fingerprint reader makes logging in quick and secure. With 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, it runs my daily tasks without issues. Having Office 365 included has been a bonus. It’s been a reliable and versatile device for me.

Physically, everything abt it is great, but it took forever to set up. I got it running and logged in yesterday and it runs really slow. Today it won’t show me anything but a black screen, i restarted it enough times and got the mouse to be visible but it still won’t let me log in or anything. I’m trying to return it once i can delete my info off of it. Starting to feel like it’s a scam. 4gb ram is slow but it not turning on like this, is the computer brand’s problem

It's touch screen,with 8 hours battery life good enough for daily use. It's 12 volts and windows 11. It's 16 inch and 1920x1200 pixels. I'm loving it so far. I easily set up everything completely and now I'm using it for my job and at home. It's latest model of 2024 from jumper brand. I watch many videos from different website, I browse many different search engine to try it out, and I do many internet activities in this laptop and everything run smoothly. The overall performance is excellent. I also like to use it as a tablet and I just scroll and press the screen. This is my main regular device now to use for work and at home for my online extra side gig business.

Received it and set it up. It is a college laptop. It seems very pretty. Hope it does not break soon.

A great size with portable function. very quiet and light weight. one thing I have to mention about is the number keyboard!! to me, it's personal thing but is very important to me is about the full size keyboard. I need a number keyboard. which this one also come with!!! Portable, big monitor and full size keyboard. Excellent!!!
