Astounding Quartz Field Watch for the Price!
I've had my eye on the Militado ML05 for a while, and finally decided to buy one. I chose the black dial no-logo Miyota 2035 version (ML05B is the model) instead of the VH31 because it's slightly cheaper, uses a battery that I already keep on hand, and should provide better battery life, 3 - 4 years between battery replacements instead of the 1 - 2 years with the VH31. I own another 2035 watch, and found that the 2035 provides acccurate timekeeping, and the batteries are easy to change. This 2035 Militado is also about 1 mm thinner (9.5 mm) than the VH31 version, according to the specifications on Militado's web page. Otherwise, the watch is identical to the VH31 version. The quality seems outstanding. The watch came carefully packaged (bubble wrap over cardboard over a foam-filled metal tin) and arrived without damage. Beautiful shallow-domed sapphire crystal, bead-blasted 316L stainless finish, drilled lugs, screw-down crown, 100M of water resistance, and that beautiful easy-to-read dial that reminds me of the Hamilton Field Khaki. I'm not a fan of NATO straps, so I replaced it with a 2-piece strap with a buckle, purely personal preference. This is a lot of watch for not a lot of money. Update: After 4 weeks, the watch has gained less than 4 seconds, according to the NIST timeserver.

Perfect watch if you're a doctor in an ED or on wards.
I really like this watch. It's not heavy, it's quiet and the time keeps very well. It fits well and doesn't slide around or irritate my skin. I work in a hospital and need something that can take a beating (I've dropped it several times, it's been covered in miscellaneous bodily fluids and plaster, etc.) and I can clean it up and it keeps working. Need to count respirations or heart rate? Or more serious activities? Perfect for that too. Looks professional and is durable. And not so expensive that I worry about it getting broken or gunky. Will get another at some point I imagine.

Best Bang-For-Your-Buck Field Watch
Perhaps the best value on a quartz driven field watch. Vh31 sweep movement is very accurate and reliable. Sapphire crystal resists scratches. Screw down crown (easily manipulated btw) and back plate provide water resistance to a rated one hundred meters (that's over three hundred feet folks which is twice the limit for sports diving). C3 super lume lasts all night. Looks good on a variety of straps. 20mm lugs are drilled for easy access. 38mm case diameter fits well on a wide range of wrist sizes and is tastefully brushed and finished. Ability to "hack". Easy to look at and attractive appearance. Light weight and thin makes me forget i have it on. I am very stoked with this great inexpensive and reliable watch. Looks much better close up in person than in pictures. The only con I can think of is battery must be changed after two years. If it were solar powered it would be perfect. This is my honest experience and I have not been paid or compensated in any way. But don't just take my word. Check out the almost countless videos on YouTube singing it's praises under "Militado MLO5"

Excellent value and fine quality
This very reasonably priced watch turned out to be the most accurate one I own. Can't beat it and it has a sapphire crystal.

Great watch. No lume.
Fantastic value. Great looking field watch and the sweep of the second hand is really smooth. My only complaint is the complete absence of lume.

Well worth the cost
A really nice, WW II reproduction watch, well built, solid, lots of extras. Price is the best part.

Don't pass up this deal.
Just got the watch. Solid looking. Movement is as advertised. Movement 2035 is to be very reliable. Easy to read. Size is right. For the money it's incredible. Will order another. Two thumbs up.
