I bought these because the daily doses for Vit D, B12 and Biotin are above the recommended levels and it's often hard to find a gummy that encompasses all women's vital vitamins in 1 gummy but also at almost 100% daily allowances. I take 2 of these with Vit D, Magnesium and probiotics and I have seen a BIG difference in my mood swings and energy levels. Being in my late 30s, hormone regulation is important for me and I've found the mix here really help with that. Only downside is they are very sweet for my likely, almost sickly so definitely have after coffee or food. Decent value for money, but be aware you'll need 2 gummies a day to hit the NRVs.

If I could give a 3.5 star I would. These gummies have a really great balance of contents to help with your health, and are reasonably priced, but the taste is not great. Reminds me of medicine, which I suppose it is really, but it's not enjoyable and doesn't encourage me to take them!

I struggle to swallow ordinary tablets so at a friends suggestion I decided to try Gummy Tablets and these are great! A smashing taste and I find myself really looking forward to taking them too!

I bought these because I lack a lot of vitamins, I’ve never got any energy and they had good-ish reviews. Texture of these gummies very chewy. The taste isn’t great, I only got these delivered yesterday, I only took one this morning to see how I go; I’ve felt sick since, the taste is vile, and it lingers in your mouth for hours after. Taste to me like wine, I hate wine some May like the taste i don’t. They are small gummies, so easy enough to have. Can’t say if they’ve worked for me or not yet as I haven’t been taking them long enough to see any effect of them, I’m not sure if I will continue to take them as I’ve not felt so good after the one I took this morning. I will probably cancel the subscription now for these and probably try and find some other ones that taste better.
