As the title says.We unpacked it, plugged it in and... nothing.The motor doesn't work.The display doesn't work.Nothing works.UPDATE: Vendor reached out to us after the initial review was posted. We received a full refund from the vendor. Review upgraded since the vendor seems to stand behind their product.

The media could not be loaded. This mixer comes with so many attachments I don't know how long it will take for me to use them all. Luckily, the instruction book is very detailed and walks you through how to use them. It also includes recipes (which I can't wait to try). I ordered the mixer as I make 10 dozen decorated sugar cookies each year and doing all of that mixing with a hand mixer hurts my back, neck, and shoulders. As soon as this mixer arrived, I set it up and got started! It mixed the dough and the royal icing perfectly. I also used it to mix mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner and it did a great job. I love that it has a timer on it so I can set it ahead or watch it to know how much time has passed. I've uploaded a video of when I made the royal icing. It did a fabulous job and made my backing much faster and easier.

The media could not be loaded. This mixer kneaded my bread very well with 7 cups flour. And I was able to grind meat to make sausage. I do however smell a hot motor smell coming from it, it's like a smell of burnt electronics. That smell came from the first time using and didn't smell as strong the 2nd time so I hope it is just a break in period and not a faulty motor. I normally use a mixer a lot so I will update my review if it changes. The fermentation feature works amazing.

My mixer worked flawlessly from the box. I love that there's a ton of different functions to use this for a meat grinder, regular mixer, blender, etc. I didn't get the chance to use all the fancy attachments, I simply just used it for baking cookies and mixing mashed potatoes. Has a digital display and is easy to use with the speed knob. I think this would make a great new home buyers gift since it has a lot of different functions.
