I recently purchased the BeneLabel Punch Bag Bracket, and overall, I’m impressed with its quality and performance. The bracket feels sturdy and well-built, made from heavy-duty steel that gives you confidence it will hold up even during intense training sessions. Installation was straightforward with clear instructions, and once mounted, it feels very secure on the wall. The bracket has a decent reach, keeping the bag far enough from the wall so it can swing freely without any obstructions. During use, it handles the weight of my heavy punch bag easily, with no worrying movement or creaking. The powder-coated finish also adds a nice touch, helping it resist rust if used in a garage or outdoor setting.

Needed a heavey duty bracket for a heavy bag. Does the job perfectly. Good price for the quality of the bracket. Easy to install with fixings and instructions included.

The build of this product is very strong and feels heavy. It feels very good quality. All teh parts are available for getting this installed in Wood or Brick/Concrete. Installation is easy once you know the height. Measure up and drill the holes, then slide in the arm and then you are able to measure and drill the top holes. The swivel is cool as you can move it either left or right to pack it away when finished. The rotating screw and clip for the bag to hang on is good quality and spins freely. The function of the arm is as expected. Once the bag was on the arm did not move at all from teh weight. I am happy with the product and would recommend to others.

Amazing piece of equipment. Looking for something robust for my sons sensory hammock and this is it!! Came with everything you need. Highly recommend putting it on a supporting wall.

This bracket is really strong. More than strong enough to hold any boxing bag including the big ones in gym. Much mote expensive but worth it. My bag is secure and bracket can move from one side to the other.

The fixings that came with it are not up for the job, I am using a heavy bag and the fixings gave way ( nearly causing injury) so I used much more larger hex head raw bolts chemically fixed into brickwork. The bracket flexes so I don’t know how long it will last ? You can not use it at full extension as it will break. In my opinion it is over priced and ok for light bags .

Very sturdy, we have ours holding up a very heavy bag and it does the job perfectly.

I installed this in my garage, as I wanted a way to work out during days where I can't get into the gym...plus, I have said my good byes to my cardio days on the treadmill with no regrets! I have really enjoyed taking up boxing as a form of cardio. I only have a 31.5" bag, but so far, this bag hanger has proved to be able to hold all the swings and impacts to the bag. I do thin function wise, because I have a smaller bag, it works out really well for being a wall mount. I mounted it onto a stud, so that of course gives it the bulk of stability, but this thing is durable for sure. The assembly was a breeze, it took less than 5 mins to put it all together. Holds the weight of my bag up nicely.
