I have neuropathy and my feet have hurt so bad many nights that I get no sleep! A friend said “ oh try these pads, they are great for my neuropathy and my feet stopped hurting!” I said “not interested”…well he sent me several and said give them a try! My husband said “just try them what can it hur?”! Out of desperation I did …. I put them on and within minutes the pain stopped! I said there is no way this is really working! WELL….ITS BEEN COUPLE WEEKs now AND I AM ABSOLUTELY SOLD! I have slept every single night since I started using them! I don’t know WHY they work or HOW they work, but they do! My friend arrived from another state and she was crying her feet hurt I said here, try these! She did and she’s been using them about 5 days now and she said the same as me that her feet feel so much better! If my feet tingle and feel like I’m getting shocked, I move the pad to adjust it and the pain stops again. ( you must keep them tight against the foot) I hope they never stop working cause I’m so happy right now! I have suffered greatly for 5 long years and nothing has ever worked until these pads! PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY then share these pads with your suffering friends!

Good product but don’t like the sticky residue it leaves on bottom of feet when removed. Bamboo brand does not but more expensive.

I ordered this pack of 100 Bamboo Foot Pads after reading all the positive reviews and claims that they promote sleep and relaxation. The product advertises natural ingredients like bamboo vinegar, wormwood, tourmaline, and bamboo charcoal, which supposedly draw out “toxins” and help you sleep better.First of all, I regret not doing proper research beforehand. These were ordered in my household without checking the science behind them — and even though I was skeptical, I decided to give them a fair try for a few nights.Unfortunately, I noticed zero improvement in my sleep. In fact, the pads just made my feet uncomfortably warm, which is the last thing you want in the summer heat. Instead of promoting better sleep, the added warmth actually made it harder to relax.After doing more research, I found no scientific evidence supporting the claimed benefits of these ingredients for detoxing or sleep. The dark stains you see on the pads in the morning aren’t “toxins” — it’s mostly due to moisture (sweat) activating the charcoal, a trick often used in marketing to make you believe something is being “pulled out.”What you’re really left with is a large, sticky mess on your feet in the morning, which takes time to clean off — not exactly the peaceful start to the day they promise in those flashy YouTube or Facebook ads.In short: don’t be fooled by viral marketing or glowing reviews. These foot pads are more of a placebo than a solution, and unless you’re looking for an excuse to scrub your feet every morning, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Awesome product. I received them on Saturday, and used them the same night. I was experiencing severe knee pain, and Sunday morning; it had subsided. The patches gave me relief, and a good night's sleep. I am so glad I have this product. I am going to share my experience with everyone I know; so they to can order and experience the product. Product works great! Been using for a couple of weeks... noticed less tonxins coming out onto the pads.
