Bamboo Foot Pads really give me peace. Every night before I go to sleep, I make sure I place a foot pad on each of my feet with an adhesive tape and remove when I wake in the morning. I am so grateful to have found these on Amazon.

They work ok. Had better brands
I like them, but the glue gets stuck on your foot and hard to get the glue off. Need rubbing alcohol to get all glue off.Most days only 2/3rd pad touches enough your foot so 1/3 is lost.

Not what I expected
I don’t like the fact that this product comes in separate pieces. All other similar products come as one total piece. This makes it inconvenient, and takes time. I also do not feel the difference that I have with other brands. The smell of the product is extremely strong as well. Great price though.

Messy very sticky
Very sticky 2 pc product it has a strong burn smell price is cheap but I will buy the more expensive bamboo kind again
