Easy to take probiotics, convenient that they're not required to be refrigerated. I like that the capsules are designed to not completely break down in stomach acid so that the bacteria can make it to your small intestine before being decimated by the stomach. I have not had any negative reactions since taking these, hard to say if they're working as I think my digestion is pretty decent, but I can't imagine it hurts!

I love that these Dr. Wolz Daily Probiotics for Women and Men have 22 strains and 120 Billion CFU. It is sometimes hard to find probiotics with this many strains and CFU. Capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste. The package comes with 40 capsules, but instructions are to take 4 per day, so this might only be 10 days worth. At almost $40 (sale price), that is quite expensive. The instructions also say to reduce the intake to 2 capsules if taking daily, so I am not sure how often I should be taking these. The capsules appear fresh, and my box states they are good through August 2026.

I personally am a supplement junkie, I am a huge fan of probiotics, and I always have some sort of probiotics on hand. I really like this one in particularly. I like the fact that it is bubble packed. It contains 120 strands of different kinds of Probiotics. It also contains a few different kinds of vitamin B‘s and biotin. They are easy to swallow capsules. I have not noticed any negative side effects since taking them. But I do find them being very expensive but seem to be very good quality probiotics.
