Great seasoning

This product doesn’t cost much so I figured it was worth the risk. The packaging looks comfortingly retro in a way, but it also reminded me of watching Fallout 4, and post-apocalyptic is not quite the inspiration I really wanted for my cooking. It was easy to use and easy to dispose of afterwards, but honestly I was just expecting more flavour from it. The spices in the bag were a great premise (like a bouquet garni kind of thang), but considering the New Orleans vibe I was expecting I was definitely disappointed. While it has inspired me to create my own, it was only because this fell woefully short for me in the taste department.

Bear in mind this was my first at home seafood boil so it may be user error but all I got from this was spicy heat with very little else in flavour. In future I honestly won’t bother and I’ll just make the sauce.

Bought this product just as a trial, to see what I could concoct. The flavor is really good. It adds just the right amount of spice without being overpowering. I find it a really nice with its aromatic blend of herbs and spices. rather than using they whole boil in the bag in one go , to try with smaller amounts of food stuffs I would split the supplied bag into smaller portions using those 'fill your own' teabags that are readily available. I would say Zatarain's Crab Boil is a must try for seafood lovers. Very flavourful and consistant in results everytime.

This makes the seafood so much more delicious with extra favours with out masking the natural sweetness of seafood.vWilk be ordering some more.

I love this stuff. Much, much cheaper to buy at the store in the US but if you can't find it and you need it you'll pay for it.

This spice is the best. I use it to boil shrimp. Great flavor. I only do a little at a time so I put the spice in a tea diffuser. Works great

Only one bag in box. Does not disperse well in water; the liquid crab boul is much better.

Perfect for boiling crab while it comes off the boat. Very easy and taste great.
