Such a great product. Have used it for a few years and had to replace it. Recommend it for a bob cut so quick to use.

This is the second time I have purchased this Remington hot brush. I bought the first one eight years ago and it finally failed. Having looked at the alternatives on the market I bought this again because of the design. I have short wavy hair with a tendency to frizz. The well spaced, long, sleek plastic bristles work with my hair. It creates volume and smooths my hair without completely straightening it. It is light and easy to use on dry or damp hair and works abroad in Europe and USA.

This is one of the best hair appliances I've bought in a long while. My curly thick hair can be unmanageable at best but this helps to take the curls while keeping the volume.The only criticism is the on/off switch which is easy to catch when his g the brush.

I love this hair styling product. I commute to work by bike so I take a shower after and, inevitably, I need to style my hair once dry. I tried various options.Using a hair straightener too often doesn't work for my hair type as it leaves it too dry and prone to breakage.Using a round brush and hairdryer doesn't work either because I'm not very dexterous and the hairdryer we have at work is quite heavy to operate.This is the perfect solution for my needs. I can use it regularly without fear of creating too much damage to the hair as its heating capacity is limited (i.e. it gets hot but not scolding hot). I achieve a great result very quickly and it leaves my (long, fine, unruly) hair soft and bouncy for long. I do sometimes touch up in between washes if the hair looks a little flat. The thing I like about this product (compared to others on the market) is that it doesn't blow hot air, it just uses gentle heat and the round shape to style the hair.Overall, extremely happy with the purchase.Only downside (and reason for not giving it a full 5 stars) is that it's soooo bulky!!! Cannot really take it for travelling and always end up reaching out for my sleek hair straightener instead.I cannot recommend this for people with thick, coarse hair (as the low heat might be an issue for styling quickly) but I would 100% recommend for fine hair.

I have had a this hair styler before, personally I think it's one of the best hair products on the market (the last one I purchased was over 10 years ago, if cleaned and looked after will last). With the right heat spray, I can style my hair and go very quickly. It is very easy to use, it volumises my hair, I can curl the ends or straighten, I wouldn't advise for short hair.

After a couple of months of use, I plugged this product in and shortly after heard a sizzling sound as I watched the product melt itself into oblivion. It also managed to burn the top of my dressing table before I could unplug it and get it outside on the grass. I’m just glad I was home and next to the product, otherwise the house would have burned down. I do not recommend this product.

Good ol' Remington! You never disappoint!After purchasing and returning similar products by other providers, (some products didn't do what they claimed, others stopped working about a third of the way through the guarantee limit and some didn't work to begin with) I'm delighted to say that at last, I've found the hotbrush for me! Why?1. I have arthritis in both hands and wrists, making gripping painful. The hotbrush is light and with the handle slimmer at the point it meets the barrel, it's easy to hold at all angles.2. The barrel heats up quickly and can be used on wet hair in sections until completely dry and curled/straightened.3. Barrel circumference is ideal for both short and long hair and doesn't tangle the hair.4. Even though this brush doesn't have an automatic revolving feature, the cord has a swivel joint at the base of the handle which prevents the cord twisting.5. The soft nylon bristles are so much kinder to hair than the hard bristles on other makes. My hair actually shines after use!6. I worked for Remington twenty years ago, so I know the lengths the company goes to in design, construction and testing. I'm confident that just as my other Remington products, this will work for many years to come!

This is the second one of these I purchased. The first one lasted years and I loved it so when that one stopped working I bought it again. This one lasted less than a year, the spikey things all fell out, I kept finding them on the bathroom floor and even in my hair. I'm now on a mission to find a replacement.
