Purchased this in Aug 2025. I needed something to replace my aging desktop and needed something smaller than my old gaming rig. This fit the bill. Out of the box, set-up was a breeze. Pretty much plug and play. No added bloatware or crappy programs to delete or stuff that kept asking me to sign up for some 3rd party software. This sits below my desk so I really dont hear the fan. If it was on the desk it may be a bit loud but i dont think it would be that bad. I had never heard of this company so i was leary at first, but the positive reviews about the product, the company and the customer service convinced me to take a chance. A few days ago the pc made a loud noise and locked up. When i went to restart it, nothing happened. It powered on but that was it. I contacted customer support and they talked me through re-installing windows and the computer now works fine. I was a bit skeptical because it was all through whatsapp (i'm older and am used to phone support lol). When i first contacted them they did indicate that if needed, they would replace the pc which was a big plus in my book. If you need a small and semi-powerful pc, this is a good choice imo. No, it wont replace a massive custom built desktop, but it is more than adequate for casual gaming, web browsing, social media, etc...

TOPGRO REVIEW T1-Pro Mini PC Core i9-13900HK/RTX4060 8G 64GB RAM DDR5-5200, 2TB PCIe4.0 SSD Purchased on July 11, 2025 • Why buy this computer? • Great Specs, especially at the price • Great Looks, a personal opinion • It Works and the Noise levels are LOW • Great Support a bonus I was not expecting read on The best reason to buy this computer is one I did not expect, it is the SUPPORT/SERVICE from TOPGRO. When shopping for this computer I was looking for certain specs I also wanted a small vertical case and this filled the bill. My expectations regarding support were pretty much nil. My experience with large American Tech companies has been poor, getting to the right person in the right department is frustrating and if additional contact was needed chances are I had to start all over again, more need not be said. After a few weeks of owning my TOPGRO T-1 I had a couple of questions regarding sound options available and USB limitations. So, I wrote to customer service and received a response within the hour after responding to a few relevant questions I was given concise answers with pictures and then they did follow-up. NOISY NOT in my opinion. I note that there have been several questions regarding the level of noise that is produce. At idle speed I cannot hear it from its position 2 feet from my ear, when the fan boosts it speed it raises the dba by 5 which is audible to me but personally not annoying, it is more like a very soft whisper. I came up with these dba figures by taking measurements with a Decibel meter. Pictures are attached which show the ambient noise level in the room as well as the boot, idle and boost levels. Of course, if you require total silence there are fan less computers usually with lower specs. What is interesting about the fan less models are that a lot of owners wind up cooling them with external fans anyway. As to the mundane, unboxing this and other TOPGRO computers has been covered many times elsewhere and when you think about it is that a reason to buy or not buy a computer? Suffice it to say it was well packed and came out of the box in new condition. Note do not force anything during unpacking it all comes apart with relative ease be patient I speak from experience. Set up was straight forward and it booted up WINDOWS 11, appeared to me to have a laptop setup to it. Afterall I look at this machine as a laptop without a screen a powerful one at that. Upon the first start I saw a little bit of Chinese but everything converted to English from then on. Next came establishing communications and loading up software. That chore can be as hard or easy as you desire to make it. I heard someone recently say Windows itself has become a giant virus. So, if you are in a rush and simply do not care just click yes to everything and you will be up and running quickly. On the other hand, if you do not like being spied on or contacted by others you do not know spend a little time deciding what you agree to and what permissions you are willing to give. Web browsers, personal information managers, and all software in general should be considered for its pros and cons before installing. Anyway, this has nothing to do with TOPGRO the only bloatware that came on their machine was McAfee virus protection and I avoided starting up my free trial

Can handle most of the current games i play at medium to High settings. That includes Fortnite. Has a bit of a slower speed to the SDD. Definitely loud no matter what you are doing. Anytime anything loads and the entire time you are playing a game those fans are going. No issues with Bluetooth or internet connectivity that includes ethernet. Overall it's not bad for a higher end gaming for less space on your desk. Great value for money. If wanted, it can be portable. I would not recommend to anyone to transport anything like this though. I did want more usb ports in the back but it is what it is.

The service I received with the minor HDMI problem was excellent. The replacement computer is a real winner. It is fast and plays games like Call of Duty 6 with very high graphic settings. The Nvidia 4060 with 8 gb of RAM is a real plus in a small computer like this one. An Intel I9 cpu is very fast and 64 gb of RAM adds to the performance. Also it comes with a 2tb M.2 drive and I added another 4tb M.2 drive in the available internal slot. There is also room to add a 2.5 inch ssd drive internally. If you are considering a high performance small computer I would suggest this one not only for the speed and flexibility of the computer, but, also to the service TopGro offfers.

This PC is good, all my games are within its specs. However, the 5 stars is for the seller. My PC developed an issue, so I emailed the seller. They were both prompt and helpful walking me through the troubleshooting process. After they concluded it was an issue the pc. They had me ship it off for a new one at no charge. If you're looking for great customer service this is place for you.

ノートPCの買い替えを探していたが、なかなか手頃な価格のノートがなく、これからPCを持ち運ぶこともないので、据え置きの小型PCにしてみようと思い探していたところ希望スペックのこのPCにたどり着いた。外部接続コネクタ数も十分で満足している。ファンの音もノートPC並で特に気にならない。

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, easy Übergabe. Dazu habe ich eine weitere 2,5 Zoll-Festplatte bestellt. Erst konnte ich den Anschluss dafür nicht finden, doch der Support hat mir innerhalb 24Std sehr freundlich und schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Das Festplatte verbauen war schnell mit zehn Schrauben lösen und festmachen getan. Der PC ist kompakt & praktisch in seinem Format (kleiner als aktuelle Konsolen), hat genügend Anschlüsse für alles mögliche (Maus, Tastatur, Festplatten, Bildschirme, LAN, Controller, usw.) und lässt mich meine Lieblingsspiele flüssig und schnell spielen. Das Installieren der Treiber ist auch easy. Ein USB-Stick war mit in dem Paket, auf dem sich bereits alle Treiber befanden und die man einfach nur installieren musste. Ich kann den Kauf so eines Computers nur empfehlen :).

Prodotto ottimo; molto compatto, prestazioni eccellenti e silenzioso in condizioni normali. La rumorosità della ventola quando necessario (giocando) è comunque davvero contenuta. L'interfaccia USB 3.1 permette di collegarsi a un monitor, ma ci sono anche 2 HDMI, 4 USB 3.0 e 2 USB 2.0 sul frontale per monitor e tastiera. Connessione WiFi eccellente ma comunque è presente anche l'interfaccia di rete a cavo. Il sistema operativo è Windows 11 Pro, che viene configurato in inglese ma che poi può essere personalizzato con una lingua diversa. Basta avere una buona connessione internet. Unico piccolo neo è la base di appoggio, che non ha piedini gommati e quindi potrebbe graffiare la superficie di appoggio. Ma è veramente un ben misero difetto!

Je cherchais un petit ordinateur portable - avec un GPU Nvidia dédié. La configuration initiale est excellente et il est possible de faire ultérieurement des mises à niveau. Les ventilateurs de refroidissement font parfois un petit bruit, mais il n'y a pas de quoi s'inquiéter. Jusqu'à présent, je suis très satisfait.
