Wasn't quite impressed with this Matcha. The taste lacked umami and depth, tried making it with almond milk and it was just too light for me. Definitely a matcha for a beginner. Expected more of it considering the price.

This matcha is smooth and delicious. It does taste far better than most of the matcha you would get in certain coffee/tea rooms or bars. The trick is also not too use too much. Some people overdo it, and it can make you jittery and even sick if you use too much. I only use little less than a teaspoon per serving (or cup). It is true though that this is the best-tasting matcha I have tried so far. I purchased the superior ceremonial blend, which is a good value for the price. I would highly recommend this matcha for newcomers and those who don't have much experience with matcha. The color is also excellent. Many times I have ordered matcha in the past and it was too murky, but the Naoki brand is a bright green and smells very good too. It is my favorite and I am very pleased with it!
