As described at a fair price!
I’m happy with this drill for the price with 2 batteries, probably suited for home use not industrial or commercial use.

Didn't have much power. Doubt it's even close to 500 in lbs. Not worth buying.
Didn't have much power. I ordered Just for a low priced medium powered backup drill. I received this drill today and tested it out and was disappointed expecting medium power over 1000 inch lbs of torque and got way less than that. I use power drills almost daily and know the feeling of 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000 inch lbs of torque & this one felt like it was less than 400 in lbs. I was even able to set it to drill mode (not driver mode) and hold the chuck with my right hand using the drill with my left and I could hold the chuck still. The drill wasn't powerful enough to overcome my grip. That's very weak. I will be returning it for sure. Since it didn't have much power, I didn't put it through and more tests as not to mare it up before returning it. Just not worth even the discounted price.

can't comment on impact feature but as a drill it works great
the battery life is great, I just moved, so I have quite a bit of "projects around the house. I'm still on a single battery, it is about to die, but battery life has been great. It comes with two batteries so I would have zero downtime. I've been using it consistently as a drill and screwdriver mainly mounting things on walls and into studs. I do have some concrete work but haven't gotten to that yet. If there are any concerns I'll update the review. all in all this is a decent starter kit.

Nice kit
This drill comes in a nice case that comes with nut drivers that have the size stamped on them, a nice feature. The kit also comes with several drill bits as well as two masonry bits, and a flexible extension. Since this drill uses its own special batteries, I like that everything fits into the case without need for MacGyver packaging skills. Everything fits into the case without "case drama."The drill itself has a good feel in the hand and a nice all-metal chuck. The drill features a variable speed trigger that works, but there isn't a super slow speed available. The drill has a clamp on handle, and while it can be reversed for left and right handed users (see photos), I don't like the design as it comes off if even slight loosen so be aware of that. I drilled some 1/4" holes through 1/8 scrap plate and the drill worked fine with my own drill bits. The drill can take up to a 1/2 drill bit. I did not test and shanked down larger drill bits as it is the dead of winter in Minnesota, but I will update this review if I learn anything noteworthy as I use this drill. The batteries have a check charge button and came charged up. The batteries do have a circuit board controlling overcharge and discharge. I was not able to pull the battery back out of the bottom of the battery case as it appears to be glued in. The battery charger is a block and cord type that has a little LED tell-tail light on the block that flips from red when charging to green when charged.I did not have an opportunity to try out the hammer function, but the drill isn't sized like a corded hammer drill, so its intention is for light hammer work in masonry and as a general-purpose cordless drill.EDIT: As another reviewer noted, the two-speed switch on the top of the drill basically doesn't work.
