Awesome product and hot enough for my TMJ pain relief.

This unit is a pretty good value and provides plenty of heat as advertised. A person needs to adjust the comfort level and head/jaw positioning.

I purchased this heating pad for an upcoming dental surgery I was having. I tried it out and was not happy with this product. It is not worth the cost. I just think for some it might work for what they need it for. But for me I wasn't impressed enough to keep it. So for this reason I will give it a 3 star review. I don't want to Sally it's a bad product that wouldn't be fair. But it wasn't that good.

I'm writing a review because I am a TMJ sufferer. I first have to say before I used it, I reached out to the seller (info is displayed on back of box) with a concern I had and their response was immediate. They have exceeded my expectations. The product heats up nicely and feels great on my jaw. I will also use this for days I wake up with a stiff neck. Heat is amazing and heats up very nice. :). I am so pleased with this purchase and the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED. Thank you for an amazing product. I hope the rest of my review got in, I was cut off at Excellent. Product gets 10 starts from me. If you have TMJ you should try this. It's amazing!!!!! December 28, 2024, UPDATE: I had terrible TMJ pain this morning. After only 10 minutes of using this mask on HIGH heat, it was completely gone and has not come back. OMG this is a god send product. If you have TMJ you should def invest in this. It's saved me. Thank you so much!!!!! So happy I don't have to rely on taking ibuprofen any more for pain, natural relief from now on : ).

It's probably a quality control issue, but I'm tired of having to return things because I got a dud, or having things break right after the return period is up. I don't know why some people gave such rave reviews or whether it's possible to get a good one, but I am just not going to chance reordering the same one.

I agree with some of the other reviews, the fit is good but the heat level could definitely be warmer. On high its just "warm"

This is really comfortable, particularly when dealing with the excruciating jaw pain caused by TMJ. It fits comfortably without putting too much pressure on an area you’re already sensitive.

It only heated up by my ears, it arrived broken or the lower jaw part doesn’t even warm up at all. The highest setting wasn’t very warm either. Probably will return.
