I was missing a few small parts. Seller replied to my shortage promptly with question on totals to reship. Also I've read comments here..and we must remember this is the least expensive shed available. Fit is fine. Finsh fine. Misaligned holes, just run the screw in..theyll center. What I did do was purchase stainless #10 washers to spread holdown load. (Box of 100 $4.50) but that's MY..prefepreference. I purchased machine screws and nuts for corner posts. (Top and Bottom.) Also Machine screws and nuts for doors AND (tapered head) for hindges. Again this is MY preference. Idk..$20.00 for peace of mind.

Zero stars. A complete piece of garbage. After a snow storm the roof completely collapsed. Around 8 to 10 inches accumulated on the roof and it collapsed like a paper bag

Some damage to majority of the pieces received & then the peak is really damaged but too late to return it.

I purchased the 10x12 shed and received parts to two different sheds. I contacted the seller and they did not want to accept the item back or make a full refund. Once they decided to send me a shipping label, it was not a prepaid label. The materials were thin, holes didn't line up, but that could be because they were the incorrect pieces, there were missing screws to the correct pieces that I had. This is not a good shed to purchase, shed is not worth the money, customer service is terrible and don't ever try to return to this company...its a nightmare!!!!

High dollar amount for the quality. Product arrived and the base was missing nails therefore unable to build. Unsure if the box got damaged in transit and the nails fell off or that’s just the conditions it was initially shipped. I have messaged the seller twice and no response yet. If you decide to purchase this, the base is pointless. Quality is not good and it really does nothing for the shed- if you have a concrete floor, it will suffice. I will update my review once the seller replies as I requested to return the incomplete base.

Lots of the screw holes don’t line up with some as much as an inch off the mark, I’m still putting it together and I’m about to start putting the roof together tomorrow and I’m hoping that they fit but so far it’s been a big headache with just getting the walls up, I would not recommend this unless you have a lot of extra time and a few good small drill bits (because they can break easily).

Would give less if they let you. It is so flimsy metal. I am hoping it last through a rain storm. Lots of damage in shipping. Do not waist money on this garbage.

The shed I received was smaller than the shed I paid for! I got the foor and walls mostly together when I realized the doorway was 45" instead of the advertised 60". Overall height, length and width Also shorter than advertised. Still trying to get the small reimbursement the seller promised. Also very cheaply made, poor instructions.
