I accidentally dropped it while walking from the kitchen, and it shattered into hundreds of pieces. I love the whole concept of this glass... And that it is totally glass, which is wonderful to drink from. But the lid won't stay shut. I use it to drink hot lemon water on my drive to work, and this is not good. I didn't experience the issue the first time I used it, but today I can't get the lid to stay shut. It just pops up, which is perilous on a drive, with hot liquid. I am going to use it few more mornings in hopes that the problem will correct itself. If it does, I will update. Otherwise I am going to have to return it. And this makes me sad.

The main reason I chose this cup is its appearance—it truly looks great. After receiving and using it, I was even more pleasantly surprised. It has excellent insulation performance, keeping both hot and cold drinks at the desired temperature for a long time. The glass material ensures that there’s no unwanted odor in my beverages, and the lid seals tightly. Now, I carry it with me every day.

Great made cup. coffee tastes great in this glass mug (no alumni taste of course). easy to clean and pour into. Lid holds well. Heat doesn't hold well, so make sure to drink coffee ina timely manner.

I love this travel mug. Bought a second one because my daughter took my first one. I don't like plastic and feel there is no substitute for glass. Everything seems to just taste better in a glass to me. You do have to be aware that this is glass and will break if hit hard or dropped.

I love this mug! It doesn't keep coffee warm for very long, but if you plan to drink it right away it's a great travel mug. Would give 4.5 if I could since it would be nice if it stayed warm a bit longer.

I like it, but it does leak if you drink with lid on. I had no plans to drink my coffee with the lid on anyway. So just be warned.

Great cup! Looks very elegant, easy to hold with hot drinks in (feels warm but not hot to hold). I enjoy the taste of the drinks out of this cup. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a lid to use once you've finished your drink, so you have to be careful it's fully empty before putting it in your bag. However, the cup is as described so I can't remove a star for that. I would definitely recommend - I already had a compliment from a shop assistant and told her where I bought it from.

Great glass cup! I was specifically looking for a glass travel mug and this is exactly it. No complicated lids just simple glass for hot and cold. It’s too soon to say about durable but so far it’s great!
