Better than the tea
Recommended by my naturopathic doctor. Worked great! Make sure you ask your doctor and read the labels for caution.

Game Changing
I’ve never written a review, but this product was truly game changing for balancing my hormones and regulating my period cycle. My gynecologist recommended this to me (take for 3 months) after I inquired about irregular cycles for a year. The first month after taking this daily, my cycle was 28 days and has continued to be regulated since. This was the first month without it and my period still came on time. Highly recommend inquiring to your gynecologist if you also experience irregular cycles.

My go to
This has been a great purchase and was recommended by my doc. It certainly helped my mood stabilize and with no unpleasant side effects. It doesn’t smell bad and there isn’t a bad taste or burping.

Worked
These helped stop night sweats and hot flashes that I was experiencing after weaning from breastfeeding. However, the symptoms returned when I ran out. I was able to take only 1 pill a day instead of 2 and it worked for me. It did take a week or so to help my symptoms.

Not for me. Test your hormones first if you can.
This was recommended to me by my naturopath for PMS, hormonal acne and cramps. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it. I tried really hard to push through but had to quit at the 2 week mark. Since day 2 of taking it I noticed worsening of my acne and irritability. My energy may have been a bit better, but the tradeoff was wanting to snap at everyone around me. It caused me to be super irritable. The acne worsened every day until at 2 weeks I was having a bigger breakout than I've had in years. Stopped taking it and within a couple of days noticed my mood returned to normal and acne started reducing day by day. It may work for some women if it's what their hormones need, but for me it only made the problem worse. I plan to do hormone testing before trying any new treatments and would recommend it as well if you can because some supplements are designed to elevate or reduce certain hormones you may or may not want adjusted.
