Canyon Bakehouse Heritage Style Whole Grain Gluten Free Bread, 24 oz. (Pack of 3)

This bread is indeed the best gluten free on the market today all around. That's for flavor, texture, size, and shelf life. The only problem I've had so far with just this product of the Canyon Bakehouse is out of 3 orders, only one loaf made it with out the middle missing. As you can see in the picture included. I still think it's great bread, but come on guys for the price we pay don't you think we're entitled to a whole loaf of bread! !!UPDATE!! I have ordered several times since this review and WAHOO!, no more holes in the slices. Im happy and I can return to making any kind of sandwich I desire. Thank you for fixing the problem. This is the best tasting gluten free bread anyway, try it and you'll agree.

This is our go to gluten free bread. Very nice and flavorful without crumbling, makes great sandwiches.

This is absolutely my favorite gluten-free bread. I was very disappointed with this order as it took 3 weeks to arrive. This bread already starts out frozen so (altho it was packaged beautifully) by the time I got it, it was all dried out. I'm not sure what the problem was but I probably won't order from this seller again.

The texture of all the breads in this line is wonderful. It tastes like real wheat bread andmakes delicious toast, sandwiches and bread crumbs. It is not too crumbly or too dense. All have a great flavor. My only desire is for thinner slices, for better sandwich making!!

It's hard to find a gluten free bread that is comparable in affordability, but this one comes close enough while being better at holding itself together. Most gluten free breads are built like cardboard, but this one does a great job at not disintegrating when you make a sandwich, a burger, etcetera. I have bought many gluten free breads for my wife who can't have normal breads, and this one brought a new par to gluten free bread. I have eaten a few slices and say it is quite comparable to normal bread in flavor.

As a celiac I have experienced my share of good and bad GF breads. I have always liked the breads made by Canyon Bakehouse. Due to the pandemic this bread is hard to find locally. While I like the Heritage Whole Grain bread as it doesn't crumble, the size of the bread is not itty-bitty and it tastes good; the bread I received was awful. It took a long time for the bread to get to me, the box was not secured & the box was partially torn open upon receipt. The bread I received is very dry and is barely edible. I tried toasting it - it didn't brown but it just got hard. I guess I will have to make bread crumbs out of it. It is too expensive to throw out.

This bread tastes good but is very dry. You'll need butter, mayo, or jelly to moisten it enough for a sandwich. It is good toasted with butter and jelly as a snack or mini-dinner.

It was not whole grain which is healthier but is the best gluten free I have had
