Light years ahead of the standard forms!
Update: These quickly became my favorite forms (even over the brand name options). I tried quite a few other well-rated options & even attempted to buy this brand directly on AE. Unfortunately those were all fails for one reason or another so I’m back for more! For those wondering how these compare to the standard black/gold salon supply forms:•These are about 1.5x thicker which is great for holding the longer extension length, but make it a bit harder to achieve the ideal C-curve. This could be problematic for soft gel sculpting, not so much for acrylic. I attached the hole sticker underneath on autopilot but am going to try using them without it to see if that alleviates some of the resistance.-Beginner Tip: Be sure to roll prior to fitting to help form the c-curve (watch YT if unsure what I mean).•The combination of increased sticker area & adhesive strength makes for a MUCH more secure fit!-Beginner tip: Prior to fitting - pinch the VERY TIP closed & use a finger to hold the base apart while u get the proper fit. Only secure the middle & base once you’ve achieved proper level & gap adjustments.•Right off the roll these fit the perionychium (side wall) area well without hurting the hyponychium or gapping like the standard forms do.-Beginner Tip: Every nail plate size is unique & may require cuts to properly fit without gapping (again - watch YT).•The increased length & width option allow for oval / almond, square, stiletto, coffin / ballerina shapes. This is a HUGE bonus as it means less forms need to be stocked!-Beginner Tip: Unless u have sculpted nails b4 its recommended to do rounded shapes & avoid square. Its difficult to achieve the proper c-curve, sidewall length, structure, & apex without some experience & improperly formed extensions can put stress on the nail plate leading to potential damage in future growth.Overall I’m impressed by these butterfly forms. They require a bit more vigilance when applying due to the additional sticker area & tackiness. Similar forms offered by pro brands do offer some advantages but I’m hoping after some experience my application time will get low enough that these will save some on cost…only time will tell.

Perfect for stiletto or coffin nails
Great value for the money. Easy to use. Come flat pack not on a roll so the first one is as easy to use as the last. Great adhesive and material is thick enough not to crease when applied.

Good quality
These nail forms are good if you're trying to create a certain shape. I was able to create a pointy gel tip easily.

A little flimsy, but overall pretty good
I like that these have different guides to trim to fit your cuticle and have a good amount of form to stick together for stability. The form itself is a little flimsy, putting the circle cutout under the form helps a bit. I have had a lot of forms be cut off-center, but these appear to be centered well, keeping the lines nice and straight.

Love These!
I'm a beginner DIY nail girl. I've tried other nail forms that looked easier to use (the short gold & black), but did not actually like them. Although these look a bit intimidating, they were easier to use for me and seem to stay in place way better. I find it's all a matter of what works for you and what's good for someone else may not be good for another. So, don't feel bad if you don't like something that has rave reviews....it's very subjective. I use these with polygel (I don't do acrylic-yet). I start by making a nail extension (not too thick). I cure it. Remove the nail form and then continue to build on the base nail that I made. I love using instead of tips. I find that I have less lifting & breaking (natural nail prep and proper form is essential). Also, because of the scale & numbering you can make sure your nails are similar length & shape (shaping with a hand file or e-file has been a challenge for me, but this form helps with that too).

Good Forms
Great for long extensions. I haven't had any issues with them moving once they were easily placed.

Good quality and super easy to use!
I thought that these would be difficult to use for someone who has never used a form before- but I was wrong! It was a lot easier to place them than I expected and after a few practice tries I was able to get them situated without a gap at my nails. These were easy to manipulate even for my non-dominant hand. The quality/thickness of the "paper" made it easy to control. I would definitely recommend for beginners and experts.
