I have a fair amount of pain daily, especially post COVID, and a heating pad doesn't really help. While this isn't a magic cure, it can help a lot. You can set the timer up to 30min or do up to two 30 minute sessions consecutively. The heat is adjustable, and I've only used it at less than 50% so far. The blanket is designed like a sleeping bag, so you can get widespread coverage.This product seems pretty well made to me! Whether it represents value for the money depends on your goals. This was a really good price for me to try it out for pain relief. It DOES help, though it doesn't cure, body and muscle aches, and it's hard to put a price on that! It's a little heavy but very easy to use. I stretch it across my bed, start an audiobook, and boom! Wonderful!

I like this and use it almost every night to make me sweat and provide deep warmth to ease my muscles. There are CONS however....The power switch/controls are reallyyy cheap. The numbers have always been annoyingly blurry on mine. Secondly, it's heavy and bulky. I'm able to keep mine out. Frankly, if I had to put it away/get it out every time, I just wouldn't use it. Lastly, the slider of the zipper needs to be longer or bigger so it's easier to reach/use.

This gets hot, works great and cleans up easily and folds nice for storage in supplied bag. Son used it to help make weight in wrestling.

The material appears to be cheap. The power button is stuck after three uses. Will have to throw it away because of the power supply.

I didn't believe the hype but I love it. I like that it is not too overly hot and easy to clean inside and move/fold away when nor in usage. I've only used it for increments of 15 min. I don't get dripping from sweat but def nicely warmed and sweaty at the end of the night before a shower. A very nice self-care addition for the home.

I was really enjoying this. It heats up well, the blanket materials are of good quality and construction. But within just one week, the controller is not working to adjust time. The controller also feels really cheap.Update: the seller reached out to me to offer a refund or replacement and shipped me a replacement blanket with a working controller immediately. Wow! It heats up even more than I originally experienced. I like this blanket more than another I tried in the meantime because the heat coming from the top is greater. I feel like I can bake on both sides. :)
