This machine is not working after 4 months of use. I used this machine for 3 times in 4 months. I will not recommend this product to buy.

This is a fantastic product, will need some taking used to, but is easy once you get the hang of it. We have made traditional Srilanka's string hoppers, would normally take a lot of work with a manual wooden one. I would say not to add too much dough in at once as this will make it hard to force through.

Super product

This product is stopped working after the first attempt and the pushing platen got stuck on the middle of the process. I tried 'Fault analysis and elimination ' but it didn't work at all.I was expecting this product to work well as it is bit expensive one.

I initially returned and cancelled return. I was watching you tube to use this ignoring its own manual! So could not fit disc in as i was trying to insert it to barrel! I then tried fitting it to screw on lid. Perfect fit! Works like a treat and fast too! I have arthritic hands and so find the traditional machines hard to use. I am vety thankful for this gadget which i find a bit on heavier side. I gave it 4 stars as I do not know how long it will work. Thanks to the person who thought of this gadget to help many like me! I wish they start selling big nozzles to pipe a snake out to help make kodubale! With the plates supplied, i can make murukku, ribbon pakoda, thengol and idiappam. May be more plates like indian ones will help many indian families here who buy this!
