Pelican Nomad 40 Sled - 4 Season Sled - Any Outdoors Activities - Carry Up to 90 lb

I live in the north and I am limited to a small weight that I can safely lift. Taking the trash and recycling out and bringing groceries in from the car means many trips for me. I looked at many sleds but almost all had such low sides that it didn't seam feasible for my use. Then I found this sled actually meant for hauling gear to meet my purpose and it certainly does! I bought the blue one because it was the only one that had a special sale and I just love it! It is well made, sturdy construction and the rope is perfect! I especially liked the fact that you thread the rope through the holes and by tying it in the back of the sled, it provides the extra support for the sled when you pull it with heavy gear! Physics is physics! If I were younger I am sure I would be using it for sledding but alas, I can't do that any more so I will just dream about it. You won't be sorry with this one!

Great sled for hauling a small amount of ice fishing equipment. Very hard to get the adhesive off of the inside of the sled. They stick the rope inside the sled down with the highest quality adhesive known to man. 90% alcohol does nothing. I almost got out a belt sander. But hey can’t fault them for making sure we get a rope I guess. Came in just a bag but that’s fine the thing is practically indestructible. At least as far as shipping.

I bought this sled to put my groceries in and pull them from the garage to the house. Works great and I have a long driveway so I put my bag of trash on the sled and take it to the road.

I absolutely love these for the price! I got them for my kids for Christmas and they love them. The size is perfect for a child but as a medium sized adult I can easily fit in it. The quality is good and seems fairly sturdy for the average snow day. It's functional enough!

Great for ice fishing or pulling your toddler on sled rides.

Works as it shoild

The sled itself seems nice although they placed extremely sticky stickers inside the sled. They also used tape to secure the directions to thread the rope through and it's nearly impossible without using some chemicals and non stop scrubbing. This is ridiculous. You couldn't even sit in it without the tape residue sticking to you. The stickers I could have left but the tape to secure the directions is unnecessary and unacceptable. Terrible for the seller or manufacturer to use this type of tape and stickers all over it.

I bought this to slide gear, wood and rocks for some projects I have. It snowed last night, so I spent part of today riding it down the driveway. Fun!Seems pretty durable and drags very well. I like it.
