I usually do extensive research before buying a tech product. Here's my personal experience after 2 weeks of use: - 🔋Amazing Battery life (I charged once in 2 weeks) even during constant tracking of heartbeat, workouts, sleep... - 👌 Responsive touch screen - ⌚️ The head size is great for most wrists (I compared it next to a 40mm Apple Watch SE 3) -📏 The band can feel a bit too long for women's wrists (for reference, my wrist is 16cm), but there are loads of options to purchase on Amazon. - 💤 I was amazed at how it recognises my sleep and nap times so accurately!! I also loved that it suggested a sleep schedule according to my current sleep habits/animal (it was a cute addition) - 📈Tracking of heartbeat and sleep felt roughly accurate, but not too precise I would definitely recommend this smart band if you're on a budget but still want something of good quality, especially if you want to have an overall good tracking of your workouts and sleep. When it comes to a smart band, this is the best currently on the market as of Feb 2026, and would only (obviously) lose to a smart Watch like the Apple watch I compared it to. Great watch and function. Only thing it lacks is messaging capability or mic to answer phone calls. However for its price cant complain. Sleep quality feature and O2 sensor works great. Good OS. Screen size is excellent

Have had this for about a month now. It’s a very low cost smart watch, that does everything it’s supposed to pretty well. Mostly. Set up was straightforward. It feels quite light and fragile in the hand. The battery life is superb, it needs a charge less than once a month, which is incredible. Heart rate tracking is very accurate, the best of any watch I’ve had, better than watches 10x the cost. The app isn’t good. It’s not intuitive, syncing is very bad, the watch becomes unresponsive for a while or restarts when the app is opened. It has some quirks, like telling me I’ve been standing for 14 hours when I’ve only had it on my wrist for 6 hours. But, if you want an accurate heart rate tracker that tells the time and some other stuff get this. Oh, and the date format is the wrong way round (mm/dd), which is way more annoying than it should be.

Bought as a Which? recommended buy in May 2025 and I was sick of Fitbit's unreliability. At first it was great, although I was surprised at how few steps it registered (thought it was me being lazy buy others have also commented on low step count). Loved the long battery life but now in December 2025 it doesn't want to sync to the app and the screen can only be read in the pitch black as otherwise it is too dim and it doesn't 'wake' when you tap the screen. Such a pity because the price was very reasonable. Also customer service only Monday to Friday 9 to 6 so no good if you want support at the weekend

In a couple of days, it will be a month since I bought this, EXCELLENT, when I want to count my steps when walking, you can record your jog, walk or whatever sport you are doing, I mainly use it for walking, it records your heart beat, pace, steps, so good, doesn't do blood pressure which is unfortunate. Perfect for someone who can't afford a fitbit or doesn't want to spend so much, a simple 20 quid and the battery life is excellent. It has many features such as a torch light, find my phone, measures stress and sleep patterns, i read the reviews on amazon before buying and I read the bad ones as well, I don't know what they were doing with their smart bands but it is excellent, I don't know about waterproof though, it says it is but I don't want to risk anything

The watch is just OK. I got as a replacement for a fitbit and it just hasn't matched in terms of accuracy or ease of use in my opinion. It gives me some indicative indication, I can compare if I walked further one day compared to the other, but I don't necessarily trust the accuracy of the exact data in terms of step count etc. The calories was particularly frustrating, as just had some weird metric as opposed to total calories. It does have some really good features. I like the excellent battery life (lasts weeks), the low charge mode, the light feature and the customizable backgrounds. The screen is clear, and easy to read. As a watch with basic functionality it was perfectly fine, but wasn't ideal if wanting to accurately track other details.

I searched extensively for a Fitness Tracker to replace my FitBit when its battery died. I was looking at all the main well known brands but was hesitant to spend so much money. Eventually I opted for this watch and I have been absolutely delighted with it. The battery life is incredible, it literally lasts weeks even with daily wear and using the GPS tracker function. This used to drain my FitBit battery really fast. It tracks workouts well and the interface and operation is clear and easy. I don’t tend to use the App much. For my needs which is mainly to track dog walks and length / intensity of lifting weights at home its perfect. Really pleased for the price!

I wear real watches and just wanted a simple health tracker to wear on my other wrist. I'm not to bothered about all singing smart watches that are obsolete within a couple of years so this fits the bill perfectly. I had an older model a few years ago and these newer ones have a much better interface and a bigger screen you can actually read. Took 5 minutes to setup after downloading the Mi fitness app. I thought the steps were a bit off but they are actually quite accurate. Construction is quite solid and the watch looks like it could take abuse. Battery life seems good and I'm still only down to 60% after 3 days. I'm so impressed I bought the wife one after she had a negative experience with a more expensive Huawei band 9. Update. I had to return the wife's as she couldn't get on with the strap. It kept coming undone in her active job. I do wish more of these bands had a buckle fitting.
