There are a variety of lung clearing things out there but straight up mullein is hard to beat.

I use this when I am congested and it tastes a little sweet. It comes with tea and all you need is a few drops so it is quite a lot of mullein.

I think I may have ordered this by accident, but I decided to try it out anyway. It has zero flavor that I can identify. It also has very little color so it just looks like water with the slightest tint. I have put this in my water for about 2 weeks now. I don't identify any of the active effects it claims to provide, but I am also not currently sick nor do I have any lung issues.I will have to continue to take this and see if it prevents or helps with any winter coughs/colds.I workout a lot so I have pretty healthy lungs in general and rarely get sick.I would say if someone that is more prone to coughs, colds, or other lung issues, this might be a great supplement to help support healthy lungs. I also have to say I take chlorophyll in my water daily already and have done so for a few years, so this may be similar and might be why I didn't personally notice much difference.I can say it's been really cold here where I live and I have not had any tightness in my lungs that sometimes comes with below freezing temperatures.Definitely worth a try if you have any respiratory issues that need supporting.

I love Mullin if you've never tried it- you really should esp if u could use the help. Taste isn't bad works well good brand and very effective. ill be ordering again

This Mullein Leaf Extract has a pleasant taste to take just as a dropper. Personally I work in a office setting where a lot of sickness can float around. I have noticed that this has help me not feel as sick within this setting making your lungs stronger to the virus that are all around.

I sincerely am just not sure of its effectiveness. I've been taking it for about two weeks. I did notice some more productive coughing after starting, but there's really no way to know if it was directly associated with the mullein.It's just up to the individual whether or not they think it's worth trying. But, as far as the product itself goes, it seems like a good solid item. It doesn't have a strong taste to me, maybe slightly like eucalyptus, and it's reasonably priced. So if you are looking to try mullein, then this looks like a good one to try.

Two bottles arrived quickly in individual boxes in a bag. Boxes were individually wrapped in plastic. The dates show it was manufactured on 10 June 2024 and expiry is 10 May 2027 and it does recommend refrigeration for freshness. It states alcohol free, sugar free and natural.Instructions were easy and clear and benefits were detailed on the box and bottle. The dropper was easy to use and sucked up the liquid easily, I chose to dose under the tongue as I was curious about the taste, but there really wasn't much to like or dislike really. If I had to describe, I could only really say it probably has more of an earthy taste which is most likely due to the Chlorophyll. I will continue to take this way, although they do suggest mixing with water as an alternative also.The ingredients on the bottle are Mullein leaf, chlorophyll, puned water, vegetable glycerin and natural flavorings. I can only suggest that "puned" water is a translation error for purified water and although the address on the bottle is Greater Manchester, England, on the product details page the manufacturer is China.I have given 4 stars only because I feel it to be unfair to give 5 when I have not been taking it long enough to experience any benefits and give a misleading review. Research I did before ordering was encouraging on the health benefits, and the price for two bottles was a good bargain. It is important to check when comparing products the MG as some are considerably lower amounts. I will update if I see / feel benefits.
