I won't give one star because it had no negative effect on me but it had zero positive effects. I even tried double dosing and.... Nothing. Do not recommend.

This is a very effective product that definitely cleans you out so beware and make sure you are near a toilet and ideally not at work. It does what it is supposed to do. Cleans the colon.

These pills do work and they do clean you out. Just listen to your body and if the cramping gets to intense, try taking half the dosage or skipping a day. I felt less bloated and attributed that to these supplements as I take others as well. I would recommend these and be aware of the potential effects.

I was a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of the colon detox supplement but it really does work. I only took two capsules per day after breakfast and within about four hours was in the bathroom. I never increase the dosage to four capsules per day because two was all that was needed.

These worked very well to clean you out. You will need to do this on a weekend or during the week as long as you don't have to go anywhere and stay close to the bathroom. This is a larger capsule, but the coating makes it easy to swallow.
