I'm giving 4 stars because of how it was packaged for shipping, the glass tray was in a flimsy cardboard box and that was placed inside an Amazon bubble mailer envelope. The trays are hard to break, but they will break, that's why I had to find a replacement tray. When my Mom was still alive, she pulled the tray out to clean it and unfortunately dropped it and it broke. Imagine it being tossed around in a delivery truck in that bubble mailer? The tray it self was as described in the listing and it fits in place well.

I was afraid it would not work for my Bosch microwave but after taking the measurements specified in the instructions it seemed it would work and once it arrived I was so glad it worked! Saved me a lot of money replacing it with the original plate and works great! Works as good as the original plate. If I ever need a replacement again will be purchasing from them.
