Hair Savior Alert: I DEW CARE Biotin Clarifying Dry Shampoo Saves the Day!
I recently got my hands on the I DEW CARE Biotin Clarifying Dry Shampoo, and I'm excited to share my thoughts. As someone who's always on the go, I was drawn to this product for its promise of convenience and effectiveness. The non-aerosol formula and benzene-free ingredients are a big plus for me, and the detangling hair brush is a genius addition that makes my life easier. The clarifying properties of the dry shampoo actually work to absorb excess oil and impurities, leaving my hair feeling fresh and clean. One thing to note is that the tap secret box might take a bit of getting used to, but it's worth the learning curve. While it's not a miracle worker for super oily hair, it definitely helps extend the time between washes. Overall, I'm really happy with this dry shampoo. It's a great solution for my hair needs, and I'm looking forward to using it for the next few months to see how it holds up. I'll be sure to update my review with my findings. For now, I'm impressed, and I think it's a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and effective dry shampoo.

I wanted to love this but
It leaves my hair feeling very gritty and the pigment in it also transfers quite badly. It works great for up-dos to add texture and the pigment makes it look thicker but it’s not a good dry shampoo.

Tinted version not as good as Original
I've been using this for over a year and I love it. It is easier to apply than the spray cans. With the cans I felt like a over-used the product. The puff applicator makes it easier to target just the roots. Before I wash my face I apply it and let it sit, once I'm done I run the brush through my hair and done! Effortless! A little goes a long way. I would like to note I recently tried the color tinted version and it does not work as well like the original white. It actually made my hair stiff and feel grimy. Also when I touched my hair the color got on my fingers. So I will just stick to original white. Do not worry about the white color so much, brush the hair and it fades.

Leaves a lot of residue
When I used this and touched my hair my finger where covered in black My nails looked gross, my hair got went from outside and it dripped down on my ears, It covers greys and gives volume forsure but I’m not sure it’s worth having black fingers, if you don’t touch your hair I guess you’ll be fine.

Better than aerosol
I've had the normal version and black one. This is THE dry shampoo - it is strides ahead of aerosol. I love the cushion applicator. I generously pat it on my roots before bed, and wake up with perfect hair

Waxy residue even after washing
The applicator is nice and I appreciate that it is a non-aerosol formula. It does blot oil very precisely. It does take longer to apply compared to an aerosol, which is just the nature of the applicator. I purchased black and the powder would get on my finger tips when applying but easily washed off when I was done. I really dislike this formula. When used it made my hair feel greasier/waxy even though it looked “clean” and I’m noticing a waxy feeling even after I wash my hair, which makes me think this product is difficult to wash out. The pigment also gets under my finger nails throughout the day which is common for a colored dry shampoo, but it’s very difficult to remove.

Stains.
I don't know how most don't review this part but the fallout is insane. I have the black one and even though I was extremely careful, I was left with black marks on face, counter, hands, which will not come off without soap. I lightly dipped the puff into the black once and carefully applied to the top half of my hair. After seeing the fallout, I used a scalp brush, a regular brush, my fingers all to shake out excess or try to get it to absorb - which didn't work and created a mess. The photo is hours after application and trying those things but running my hand through my hair a few times to see if it was better. I do worry if it would stain clothes (I wore black today just in case) and my sheets/pillows that are white. So i will have to shower tonight and will toss the product. It did give coverage at the roots and minimize the grease but to me the cons wayyy out weigh those pros - especially when other dark aersesol dry shampoos work (but don't cover root grow out). It is too big of a headache.
