Best magnesium ever.

Excellent product very helpful in relaxing the body and replenishing magnesium,tastes bitter but usually things that are good for you don't always taste sweet anyway, really decent size tub of powder disolves very quickly in cold water with a quick stir with a spoon, good quality and no unessary additives of chemicals added ,good value for a quality product ,I have sleeping problems and it's seems to help a little in that area ,I will buy again and also it desperses and is assimilated into your body quicker and it's easier than trying to swallow huge capsules,the above is my opinion and we are are all different in how we are affected but IAM just being honest in what I personally feel about a very good product,thanks Stu.

It's got citric acid in it so its a bit fizzy and flavoured. I don't like it but am able to drink it. Easy dissolves in cold water
