Good size for 1 latte, maybe 2 tiny ones
I honestly don't know how people get the 12oz pitcher. That thing must be ridiculously tiny. I feel the 20oz is a bit on the small size and is literally only good for frothing up enough milk for 1 latte in a larger mug. I might be able to stretch two small lattes out of the pitcher without re-frothing, but that would be tough. If you're entertaining, this is not for you. However, if you are ok making 1 latte at a time, this is a decent buy. Build quality is nice and sturdy, the stainless hasn't showed any signs of corrosion and cleans up very easily (just rinse in the sink). It contains the milk decently well and doesn't splash much even if I screw up. The spout is precise and I presume is good for latte art, but I don't do any of that. I just wish they made a 30oz pitcher, because I have to steam two batches of milk for morning coffee for me and my wife. It works well for what it is, though.

High quality, perfect size, reasonable price, highly recommend
This is a high quality stainless steel milk frothing mug. The size is perfect for heating milk for two regular size espressos. When you fill the container half way with milk to 16 0z it allows the frothed milk to rise to approximately 3/4 of the way to the top leaving you enough room to also froth foam if you wish as well as leave you room to pour without spilling. The weight is also just right where it is not too light nor too heavy. The weight provides stability and the construction allows the milk to be heated quickly to about 132 degrees in 2 minutes for 16 oz and retains the heat internally well while the outside is warm but not to hot to touch. The handle also is solidly made and allows the user to easily pour the large container of liquid with one hand and minimal effort. Lastly, it is dishwasher safe too. I purchased the 32 oz size because the 20 oz size is not large enough to serve two full size servings of frothed/heated liquid for two people. I would highly recommend this product as it is high quality, reasonably priced, and the perfect size for serving two.

2nd purchase- 1st one looks new after 13 years
2nd purchase - first one bought back in 2012. Never rusted, stained or showed much wear with daily use. Donated the first one to my Wife’s office to use with their espresso machine in the break room. The new one is heavier, but in a good way. I know this one will be handed down to the kids in 30-40 years. Quality products from this company for sure.

Caveat emptor
Like another reviewer, I also received a pitcher made by "Winco", and not an authentic Rattleware product, sold by 3rd party vendor "Red Arrow Savings". Construction quality was poor, with obvious defects in stainless steel at spout. It doesn't surprise me that other customers are having issues with rust and leaking. I realize it is a bit unfair to ding Rattleware with a 1-star review for someone else's product. I have ordered the Rattleware pitcher from elsewhere and will revise my rating based on that product once I've had a chance to use it, but will leave the caution for other customers to read. -------------- Edited 8/12/2012 After receiving my authentic Rattleware pitcher from another vendor, I have bumped up my rating from 1 to 4 stars. The Rattleware pitcher is much sturdier, and feels overall much higher quality. My advice to other buyers: if you receive a Winco pitcher, return it immediately and exchange it for the real thing. I ordered my replacement from wholelattelove, and they delivered the correct product.

Rusting inside
The pitcher seems nice but it began to develop extensive rusting inside. The 20oz pitcher I received has the RW logo on the bottom but I am surprised that perhaps this can be a knock off since it is rusting. I have an ikea frothing pitcher I was using for years and it never rusted but wanted this RW pitcher because the spout is pointier and better for latte art. I am very disappointed and considering returning.

Works like a pitcher should
The pitcher build is nice, decently thick walls and decent weight. My Motta pitcher that is half the size is about the same weight and has crazy thick walls, but it was also about twice the price. We have multiple Rattleware pitchers, and for the money, you can not beat them. Never got a ding in any, and they are definitely dropped sometimes. So the metal is thick enough not to show things. 3 1/2" wide at top 4" wide at bottom 5" tall I use this at a coffee shop, so my review comes from there. It is good if you want a ton of space extra, if you have 20-24oz drinks this would work perfect. Our biggest size is 16oz so it is a bit big for that, but still steams nicely, with our 12oz size it is too big to control well enough, especially if you have a double or triple shot in the cup, you must use a smaller pitcher to steam with. As far as two 12oz, you can do that as long as they have a flavor or shot or something in them. If you steam milk for two smaller sizes, this pitcher would probably be perfect, but if you steam for two large, or just one drink, it is not the right size. We have a bigger pitcher for two large drinks, and just ordered a smaller RW for making one drink at a time. So most likely this will fade out of use. Not because of the quality, but the size.

The perfect size solid pitcher.
In case you're wondering what size to get for a home espresso machine like I was, this is the one! Any smaller (for example, the 12oz or 16oz) and it won't fit much milk and you'll have to be lucky and skillful to keep it in the pitcher; any bigger (32oz+) and it probably won't fit under your steam wand easily, and you'll have a very hard time steaming only smaller amounts of milk because of the distance from the top to bottom of the pitcher. This size, on the other hand, is PERFECT - small enough that you can do a one cup latte/cappuccino, but big enough to do two or three. Plus, it's very well made stainless-steel that is very sturdy and will last a long time, no problems there. So if you've got a home espresso machine, like the DeLonghi or Barilla or Saeco/Starbucks (mine!) then this is what you want.

Grandeur parfaite pour 2 lattes

Well made robust jug. Can easily serve 4 cups if brimming. Not the best for Latte art in my opinion due to its large size making it difficult to pour froth as well. I use it to froth large quantities of milk, and then pour them into a smaller jug ( Milk / Water Jug Stainless Steel - 12oz 340ml (Sold Singularly) ) for latte arting.

Very hight quality thick stainless steel. Very sturdy. Feels like, will last forever. Perfect spout for making latte art. This size is good for making froth or late art for two medium size cups or one large cup. A bit costly but totally worth it.
