This product is well constructed and extremely accurate. The software integration that works on your smart phone installs with an ease and the reporting technology that they built into this product through his Bluetooth enabled ability is truly amazing. It’s worth all of the value.!

Works great! Bluetooth works well, the design is sleek and modern and if you needed to take it anywhere, you can stick it in your pocket or use the lanyard to keep it secure. All of the features, pulse, respirations, were accurate each time I used it. The price is reasonable as well.

Why NOT 5 Stars: One VITAL entry is missing from the recorded data -- a Comment or Note entry. This type of Data is Meaningless without CONTEXT. A recording of what might be concerning values after sitting for 3 hours could be interpreted differently than the same readings recorded just after a five mile run. While separate logs can be kept, they belong with the recorded data. That said, the device works well, the Bluetooth connection was quick & easy, and all the collected data was recorded and available for historical display by Date and Time. Be aware, the entire system is designed for use by ONE person. I would like the ability to record data for multiple people to make it useful for a family or elderly couple. I like that it's able to record readings over a period of time as well a the usual snapshot. I'm very disappointed that users are unable to include context information with their readings, however the other units I've used suffer from this or are even more limited in the data saved.

It seems very accurate overall. However, it has some issues with sensor artifacts. During sleep, it sometimes recorded a much lower heart rate compared to my chest heart rate strap and Apple Watch. I still rated it five stars because of its continuous monitoring function.

We purchased this oxygen level monitor because it was the same as the unit the hospital is using. It works very well as long as your finger temperature is normal. This is a common problem that this type of devise encounters. If you don’t get a reading quickly check to see how warm the persons hand feels and if cold warm it up. We use a facecloth soaked in hot water. When checked against the hospitals more Sophisticated equipment it reads the same or extremely close. Easy to use and durable with excellent battery life. It’s a device I believe you can count on to provide accurate oxygen level measurements , recommended.

Love the fast readings that seem very accurate.. fits perfectly on my larger fingers (for a woman) and the capability to rotate the info reading for left or right hands is awesome for a lefty to use . Easy to read the info clearly even with my reader glasses off !! It comes with a loop hole and a very comfortable, long lanyard that has a clip you can easily remove so you can carry around your neck Or unclip. It tucks away in pocket or purse so easily. Perfect size and so light. I purchased white to be easy to find in low light. There is absolutely nothing I can or find that I don’t care for!! Durable, accurate and very fast. Help’s my anxiety level and worry to know what my reading is so fast too.
