I recently tried a scalp detox treatment, and the results were better than I expected. My scalp had been feeling oily, itchy, and weighed down, especially from product buildup and dry shampoo. After just ONE use of the detox, my scalp felt noticeably cleaner and more refreshed. The treatment had a cooling effect during application, which was super soothing, and the scent was pleasant without being overpowering. 10/10 recommend. Will purchase again!

I think it works, but I don't really have noticeable scalp issues so it's hard to tell. I wanted to take better care of my scalp health in general so I wanted to look for something that can exfoliate my scalp. However, I was looking for something that specifically wasn't a scrub, but rather had glycolic acid to exfoliate, and didn't realize this had little balls in it for scrubbing. It doesn't have too many, so that's fine. My main issue is the strong smell. Other users seem to like it, but I think it is too strong and I hate that it lingers. It has taken me many tries to figure out how to get the smell out as much as I can, so I'm writing this in case anyone else feels similarly. What I do is that I emulsify it with my hands pretty well before applying it to my scalp, and then when I wash, I have to separate out my hair pretty well to make sure the water goes really well between all the sections of hair. Then I go in with my second shampoo (a regular shampoo, not this one) and again, separate out my hair to try to get everything to rinse off. Finally, I use a co-wash conditioner, which allows me to feel comfortable using the conditioner on pretty much the whole hair shaft. I put the conditioner mainly on the mid-lengths and ends, but then I do run my fingers through my roots. I then rinse it off while using a detangling brush, hoping that the brush can also separate my hair enough to rinse off this jelly. That seems to finally do the trick so that the smell doesn't linger so much. I do hate that it requires this much effort to remove it from my scalp. Other than that, I'm guessing it does the trick and I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt but I can't quite tell. My hair and scalp are generally healthy as is so it's hard for me to notice a huge difference.

Really good! Refreshing and minty to the scalp, makes you feel like you’re breathing through your hair lol. Smells amazing ! And the built in scalp scrubber is peak performance. It’s pretty big so you’re getting a descent amount for your money

REALLY helped my kid with this oily scalp buildup. Game changer.

Great refreshing scalp detox!

The lid scrub is handy. It does help a bit with loose flakes and is definitely easier than trying to get a thick salt or mud scrub product on your scalp. I wouldn’t buy it again based on price vs results, but I’m not unhappy about using it. If it’s on sale, I’d recommend giving it a try, it may work better for your scalp.
