Additionally, creatine monohydrate is the most studied type so naturally, it is one of the most prevalent types. Since I workout on the regular, you will find it in my rotation as well. Naturally, I figured that I would try this one since I practice what I preach, and I am always looking for new products to try (or avoid) for that matter.What is good about the capsules is that you do not need to lug around a tub of the powder, you do not need to mix it in your shaker bottle, take the time to stir it, mix it, or throw it in with your favorite pre/post workout beverage. You just take the capsules and go. The capsules are convenient; it is as simple as that.As far as most capsule forms of creatine go, this one follows the typical formula, which is 3000mg (3g) at a four capsule serving size. At 120 capsules you will get a 30-day supply. At a little less than $15 at the time of this review, that is a fair price, and arguably better than some of the other options out there. However, one thing to keep in mind is that most typical people will consume 5000mg (5g) of creatine which cuts into your total servings, and increases the number of capsules you will have to take. Still, for the convenience and price compared to other options, this is a pretty good value.So while I would not consider completely replacing your creatine powders with this, it definitely provides a convenient means of getting your creatine without having to lug that tub of powder around with you, or mix it on the spot.

I've been taking these daily for a while now, and I'm pretty satisfied with this product. It's very basic, just creatine in pill form. I've tried creatine from many other brands, and I never notice any differences between them, and it's the same here. They don't have much of a smell or taste, and are easy to take. I haven't noticed any negative side effects either.
