Terrible Terrible product, I guess reviews on this product are there for a reason, it doesn't work. Doesn't unlock. I hired multiple contractors includinga Chinese contractor all have told this product is cheap and a scam. IF YOU READING THIS REVIEW DO NOT BUY

The media could not be loaded. It started bad, I mean really really bad, I had to raise a return because It was not working, then I got to see the little thin tiny cable with clip in electric connector was actually faulty and doesn't clip in fully, In order to save time and money on returning it and ordering a new one I had to fix it myself to make it work,The manuf. needs to modify that cable with its clip, make a bit thicker and longer for better reach.I attached 2 videos showing it working from the inside and from the outside.

This is a great lock. Works as you would hope. Unlocks from phone. Heavy for what it is but would buy another

Worked for about two days Bluetooth side says gate open but mechanical side stopped working only way to use is by using the keyBatteries run down with in a few days

It seems a little ungrateful, if that is the proper word, but this device offers too many ways to lock and unlock a door. Not of course one needs to activate all the available solutions but they do give the lock great versatility.Installing the lock requires a certain amount of carpentry to get it to fit in a door, and unlike a simple mechanical lock the prospect of mucking it up is more serious. One is removing a lot more wood. A similar, if less severe, form of surgery is necessary on the door jamb.Programming the lock is fully explained in the instruction sheet, but after reading twice I proceed to make my own process chart, in a much bigger font. I couldn't get the finger print reader to work, but there again, I've not had any success with the one on my phone. I experimented with the RFID fobs but decided they were a complication too far. Alexa integration is a great idea, but not on the spray store door, to which only people with the key code should have access. I didn't want to add yet another App to my phone so I would be able to open it remotely, but I am glad that, in the last resort, there are keys.

This is sitting on my desk, waiting to be fitted, and I have to say, I'm already quite impressed. The first thing I noticed was how sturdy it feels. It's got a nice brushed metal finish that looks really modern and seems like it'll last. It definitely doesn't feel cheap or flimsy.Having a closer look, I can see they've done a good job of integrating the fingerprint scanner into the handle, and the keypad buttons have a good feel to them. The bit for the keycard is tucked away on the side, so it doesn't spoil the look of it. And don't worry, it comes with normal keys too, just in case!What I'm most excited about is that you can unlock this thing in so many different ways. No more scrabbling around for keys in the dark or panicking when you've lost them. The fingerprint scanner seems like the easiest way to use it day-to-day, and the keypad is handy for when other people need to get in. But the best bit is that you can control it from your phone! Imagine letting the postman in while you're at work or letting your neighbour pop in to water the plants while you're on holiday – it's brilliant!The instructions seem pretty straightforward, and it looks like it comes with everything you need to fit it. I can't say how well it works yet, but I'm really looking forward to trying it out. It seems like a great way to make our home more secure and a bit more modern at the same time. I'll definitely update my review once it's up and running!
