I have CKD and must be cautious with certain nuts and seeds. I’ve missed nut butters until I found this Hazelnut butter. This is my CKD Renal friendly go-to nut butter, with only, 89.9mg phosphorus, no potassium, no sodium, and <50mg calcium, per two tbl and it tastes great. I love this on toast with Unsulfured black strap molasses or Manuka honey. I like that it’s raw and the only ingredient is organic raw hazel nuts. It’s worth the expense but because of the expense it’s not something I share with those who can eat any nut butter they want, lol. I highly recommend.

I really like the taste of this hazelnut condiment, and don't worry, you'll understand in a moment why I specifically used the word condiment instead of butter. This has been great for dipping graham crackers, or drizzling over my breakfast bananas, and even for topping off some ice cream dessert. Unfortunately though, it's not the best for making a hazelnut butter and jelly sandwich. It's because the texture isn't like a typical nut butter that can be spread while still keeping its consistency and sticking to the bread, for example. It's not user error either, because I stirred it as much as it could be to get the separated oil to combine and absorbed back into the nut butter that settled beneath it. When all was said and done, the oil was mixed in and the nutty clumps were smoothed out, but the result was a delicious hazelnut chocolate-like syrup and/or dipping sauce. That's why I've been enjoying it in the ways mentioned above, as more of a condiment than a staple part of a sandwich meal. I like it, but I did expect and desire a thick buttery smooth hazelnut spread that could substitute peanut butter when I'm in the mood. So, as a syrup, it could succeed, but as the butter it's supposed to be, it falls drastically short. Thank you.

Like Nutella without all the extra sugar. You could probably add cocoa and it would be even closer. So good.

I understand that spreads such as this separate when not used, but all I did was take the cap off and the oil got absolutely everywhere. It took far too much time to stir it to where it was supposed to be. The texture is tough, which makes sense because it's stone ground, but it makes for a dry, hard-to-swallow spread. To me, it's not worth all that hassle, even if it's organic, raw, and only one ingredient.

The product arrived leaking all over the box, and there was no seal on the inside of the lid. This product should not even be sellable. How am I supposed to trust the product when there's no seal to ensure safety and freshness? The best part? "This product is not eligible for return." Not impressed.

The rich, creamy texture and natural sweetness make it perfect for spreading on toast, adding to smoothies, or even just enjoying by the spoonful. I love that it’s made with simple, high-quality ingredients and no added sugars or preservatives. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a versatile and wholesome nut butter!

I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of this Dastony Hazelnut Butter. Less intense than peanut butter; but that was a nice change. Hazelnuts are one of my favorite nuts, so this nut butter hit the spot.I did find the separation of the nut butter and oils to be significant, as with most natural nut butters. It took some strong stirring to get the spread to be ‘spreadable’ as opposed to ‘pourable’. Although it does not require refrigeration, I can’t help but think that would help keep the consistency more like traditional peanut butter. Love that it’s only got only one ingredient: 100% certified organic raw hazelnuts!

Tastes great, one pure ingredient, smooth and not thick. Excellent quality. Wish it were less expensive but nut butters usually are expensive. That said, this is one of the best.
