I like this back support for its support and breathable fabric. I wear it when I play pickle ball after I sprained my back and I really like the support it gives me. I am roughly at 33 inch waste and it fits perfect but if you are any larger than 33-34” I would get the next size larger.

I love this design of a back brace and very affordable.

The size chart says a XXL/XXXL will fit 47-59 inch waust. Myy waist is 48 incchs and the ends don't even touch. Will be returning Do not buy from these people. Their word cannot be trusted.

I received the belts as ordered. My mistake I ordered the wrong size. Too big. But my husband can use it! Problem solved! I ordered another belt in the correct size for me.

I purchase the S/M for me, and the L/XL for my husband.Neither fit. It was too tight or too huge for me. I am pretty fit, however, I assumed one would have worked. The L/XL was too small for my husband. Again, pretty hard to believe. Had to return them both.I ended up finding a S/M at Ollies that fit perfectly for $6. So, it was a win for me.
