Friends of mine have always told me how great their bathroom towel warmers were, especially in the winter. Also, if I ever had a chance to get one under a few hundred dollars to definitely get it. When I saw this Voukota towel warmer for half the price most warmers go for, I jumped on the opportunity since we are approaching cold weather season.When I use mine, I am able to fit in 2 large bath towels. Before taking my shower or bath, I will load the towels in, turn on the machine, and proceed with bathing. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for the towel warmer to get the towels thoroughly warmed. Generally once I rinse the conditioner out of my hair it's been about 10-12 minutes, and by that time the towels are ready to use! There is a recommendation to not heat a towel for more than 30 minutes otherwise you run the risk of scalding the towels.I am really looking forward to using this when the cold weather hits. Nothing will be better than using a nicely heated towel to dry off. If you have a newborn or really young child, keeping them warm after a bath is really a good idea, so this warmer will definitely help with that. Also, if you want to, you can heat up socks and underwear before work as well. It is a multipurpose appliance. This towel warmer gets your towel toasty warm quickly. It will heat a single thick bath sheet in under 10 minutes, though 15 does make it a bit warmer. So this means I don't really have to plan, but as I turn the water on for a shower, I can throw the towel in, and it'll be warm by the time I am getting out. This one seems to get the towel warmer in less time than another warmer I've used. The only thing I don't love is the button layout. On this one, you have to turn on, then set time, then set temp. The time button is similar to other warmer's delay button and they are only symbols with no written description (so my husband couldn't see the symbols without his glasses). It just seems like a lot of button pressing for something that other warmers do in one press. Overall though, it's still a good warmer and once you know the button order, its not too bad to use.

Item arrived in good condition and plain packaging, except for the description and sketch of the item on the outside. It is large enough for 2 full sized bath towels, even three if you roll them tight enough.I always thought this was just a commercial Spa treatment item and did not realize we could get one for home use. My wife is always cold and with our first taste of winter, this is coming in handy. It heats pretty fast, we can put towels in before getting in the shower and they are ready when done (about 15min). The timer starts at 30min though. I do like that the lid latches but does not Lock you out while operating. I think the controls are not the most intuitive but the manual is clear on how to operate. Be careful as the inner liner gets very hot and could burn you when reaching in for towels. Another word of warning would be to use all Cotton bath towels as i think synthetics like microfiber could melt.It is a good looking appliance and I like the sleek white coupled with the bamboo feet.It feels like we have "arrived" and are living in the lap of luxury, we are only one butler away now.
