Love this chair, its so comfy, back support is great. Would've preferred a little higher for the neck and massage feature but its a build. Sturdy and easy to assemble.

It's not the most comfortable, but what do you expect for the price point I'm happy with it not much more to say

Its nice and comfortable but should be heating also

Update: power doesn't actually work when plugged straight into the wall either! 😅 First having it; Really good comfy and soft office chair! Had an issue with the softness of the bolts which couldn't grip however I reached out and they had sent out replacements straight away and was with me in less than two days! The massage functions work and is good, the power cable is fairly short-ish so make sure when buying that you have a designated plug socket/extension that won't get in the way for your use 💙 great comfy chair, the lean back part is comfy too and supports the weight of me without falling or scared of tilting! (180lb) Recommended this chair, thank you blisswood ☺️☺️ Instructions are clear too! ---- Month in with same issues for ages tbh but wanted to give it more chances: the power isn't good at all and will only work if you plug it into a wall and not an extension cable unless you are super quick at changing the buttons for the lowest setting and only one or two of the options(guessing whichever one is less draining for the power of it maybe), and the cable itself isnt long at all and can get trapped a fair bit with the wheels. The bolts have came out completely and won't go back in, so it doesn't stay upright or comfortable at all :( I'm sorry because I initially thought it was a good chair and with the first problem of the bolts the issue was delt with straight away so the company&customer service side of things themselves are fantastic I think! Just the product isn't too great and could of got a less hassle good functioning chair for back support for £99 instead :(
