Better than expected . . . enjoy!
These are fun tortillas and a quick fix meal! The expiration date gives you plenty of time to enjoy them. I'm accustomed to fresh but these were better than expected! Take time to read the bag for lots of ideas and preparation instructions . . . note that you have different style/type options. Use the drop down list for choices. I use the 8 inch flour tortillas for burritos. They are thin enough but not so thin as to allow leakage of contents. My favorites? Scrambled egg and potato with hot chunky salsa: bake potato in microwave (time by size), use a microwave safe 'salad type' bowl and scramble 1 egg, add 1 tbs. Kirkland dehydrated chopped onions (available from Amazon) and 1/4 tsp. McCormick Hot Shot (fine grind black & red pepper mix -- available from Amazon). Mix well and add cubed baked potatoes (1/2 cup). Microwave 30 seconds, lift cooked egg and allow the rest to flow to the outside of bowl. Microwave 15 seconds or until fully cooked. Fold a paper towel to fit microwave safe plate, place tortilla on paper towel, cut potato egg mix in thirds and place in center of tortilla (start at top and overlap), add salsa, fold (left to center, fold 2 inches from bottom up and fold right to center). Microwave 10 to 15 seconds or until warm. The list of 'add to' ingredients would fill a small book! Chicken salad with avocado and red beans with rice are in my favorites list . . . enjoy!

good for packaged tortillas
These are good for packaged tortillas, but not the size I was expecting. They say "for burritos" on the package, and I am used to the 10 inch size for burritos. These arrived as the 8 inch and made little thumbilina sized burritos. They weren't mislabeled by any means, it was my mistake for not checking the diameter as well. They just weren't what I thought I was getting. I will be cancelling my subscription and seeking out the larger ones. All that aside, they were good and fresh when I got them. I use them for freezing burritos ahead of time, so I didn't pay much attention to the expiration date.

Excellent buy, excellent quality ...
I use these flour tortillas for quesadillas, enchiladas, and burritos, as well as sandwich "wraps" stuffed with sliced deli meats or chicken or tuna salad. I was skeptical about expiration dates, but my orders are consistently dated more than 6 months after my date of purchase, so there's no problem of reaching the expiration date before I finish them. They're just like the ones I get at the supermarket -- no difference whatsoever. I'm thrilled that I can get them delivered, and at reasonable cost. Yes, they're a bit more than what I would pay at the store, but the extra few cents per package is worth it to me.Definitely will keep these on hand -- they're so versatile and tasty!

Great flour tortillas
Great flour tortillas. The flavor is subtle and perfect for beef, pork, chicken or fish tacos. This size is not the best for burritos if you like to pile on the toppings or stuff burritos. I still use them for burritos and they work perfect for normal/healthy size plate servings. I order these and freeze them for a later use too. They defrost well in the microwave. The size of each tortilla is consistent, yet there is an occasional runt in the litter. Best heated before stuffing. (It helps to keep them from cracking or breaking.) Have ordered many times and will continue to do so.

Great shipping UPDATED 7/17/2015
I used to purchase these at the grocery store, when I had access to one. These are the burrito size. They shipped these basically overnight, as they came out of CA and I live in Reno, NV., so I am used to using this brand. Use them for enchiladas, burritos, quesadillas and fried for chips.Someone said they must be old because the tortillas were not perfectly round and have uneven edges. No, that's what they look like when they have been pressed without using a mold.To heat these, you can either microwave them, dry skillet warm them or use hot oil.I'm on my 2nd order of these but this time I got the 6" size.UPDATE: 7/17/2015BEST BUY DATE: 1/24/2016

Good Packaged Tortillas
These are great, they stay fresh for some time, the price is reasonable and they are perfect for what they are. They are not as good as say a local brand or hand made but when you are buying packaged tortillas your expectations have to be a bit lower. These are exactly what you would expect, good tasting tortillas.

Good little burrito wraps
Perfect size for portion controlled fresh veggie wraps or breakfast burritos. If you aren't counting calories, these make great deep-fried bean and hot dog burritos with sharp cheddar. <--NOT guilt free. EVER!These freeze up great if you vacuum pack them.

Additives additives additives. 2 stars for price.
Wraps are a good alternative for a healthy lifestyle, but why wrap all your beautiful, healthy ingredients with a junk tortilla? That just defeats the whole purpose of healthy eating?? Read the label on this product.Yes, you can't beat the price.... but at what real cost. I eat tortillas like they're going out of style, but what if I spent a tiny bit more money to get NATURAL tortillas with no preservatives and just freeze the ones I'm not using? These have like 50 ingredients and have a rubbery processed feel and taste to them. The La Tauna tortillas here on Amazon are all natural with like 4 natural ingredients and are not much more expensive. These Old Paso Tortillas are .30 per tortilla. The La Tauna ones are .36 per tortilla for white (only on their website I think); .44 for the wheat/olive oil ones. I'm going that way.Eat healthy people!! :)
