Improper packaging by Amazon!
Why is Amazon shipping delicate, expensive and fragile Hard Disk Drives that can easily be damaged when dropped? Inside a paper envelope!!! I am a Business account holder with Amazon and this is why I’m paying $200 a year in membership fees.

Good brand but the one we received was DOA
I trust the brand. We have several of the drives for our UDMs at several business locations and they are great but the one we received here was DOA. Hard drive would not power on. I sourced another one elsewhere due to time constraints

Dead on arrival
Received dead disk, which is even not spinning up. The seller made it really hard to get the replacement with no advance refund or shipping. Not buying it again.
