The embroidery is solid with a large team log on the front and the full team name above the adjustable flap in the back. If you like the style, you won't be disappointed with the quality.Cons: The logo and team name stitched onto the back are a bit large for my liking, though you get a pretty good sense of what you're receiving in the photos. I tend to prefer fitted or strap adjustable caps to the plastic rear brim with holes and small tabs to snap together - only as the tabs tend to fall off with some wear (particularly if you adjust with any frequency).
