These costumes (while extremely cute), are made overseas, and because of the cheap material and the fact that its photos lasered on the body, it's a crap shoot whether or not you'll get a perfect copy, or something that looks washed out and terrible. I took a chance and I'm glad I did, but I would order this as a back up, or with plenty of time to get a new costume if it arrives and it's not a good version. My husband and I wore these for an office Halloween party. I am 5 ft 4 inches with a stocky frame, he is 5 ft 10 inches and slim. Both outfits fit us with enough room to move our arms, sit down, and with enough room in the neck holes and arm holes. I wore it with a short sleeve shirt underneath, but you could do a long sleeved shirt underneath or depending on your size, a sweatshirt. The lasered-on photos looked exactly like a dark strawberry/grape jam, and the peanut butter looked sliiiiiiiiightly too light (if it was one shade lighter it could have been mistaken for butter), but with the jam part you know exactly what it is. Plus the sides and back are a detailed piece of bread. There's no velcro, no zippers, no snaps, no tags. Just put over your head and go. Extremely lightweight, but not so light that it would tear or unravel. The only way to describe the outfit is "spongy". They're light enough for teens and children to wear, but not so big that they'd drag on the ground or weigh a child down. I'm keeping them for future parties/Halloween events because yes, they are cheap, but the quality is decent enough to wear more than once. Again, my only advice is either buy 2 and see which version is better, or buy it with enough time to get something else if they're one of the moldy or faded versions other people have gotten.

This product is not just for Halloween. It is for daily use. I haven't worn anything but this since I bought it 2 months ago. My girlfriend has broken up with me, my family disowned me, and my manager fired me, but it is all worth it because I am wearing peanut butter on my chest. There is only one downside to this wonderful clothing item (and this is a stretch because every review HAS to have a downside). The problem is that it doesn't actually give you peanut butter. Now don't go off not buying this miraculous gift from the Heavens because you don't get unlimited peanut butter by licking your shirt. That is a very slight downside that can be replaced with a simple trip to the grocery store. The grocery store would probably give you free peanut butter just for walking in there. In fact... I haven't tried that yet. I am going to the nearest grocery store right now. EDIT: It didn't work. After grabbing 14 jars of peanut butter, the manager told me to leave the store and leave the jars there. So I did.

My husband and I bought these because our children really wanted us to dress up with them. We had a hard time finding a couple's costume that was both affordable and family-friendly, but this one is perfect! After reading all of the reviews, I was concerned about things like it fitting awkwardly over someone like me who is very busty, or the peanut butter and jelly images being less vibrant than pictured. I was worried for nothing. This costume fits great on any body type, and is soft and comfortable. The images are bright, and no one had any trouble telling what we were. We got tons of compliments!

Fit is good but they are a lot flimsier than I expected (hence in the picture their arms are up)
